I was a new patient and had a very positive experience. The staff is friendly and caring. Hannah took care of my check-in, and she was spot on. The x-ray equipment is absolutely top-notch and the technician knew her job 100 percent. Charlotte was my hygienist and was very thorough. Dr. Hardy was professional, knowledgeable, and had the greatest personality. (I have no cavities and need no work right now.) Jo went over my check-out and I was so pleased. I had a few questions and she answered everything to my absolute satisfaction.

After years of hearing and seeing aspen dental on the streets I never thought I would need them. Today was the day I proved that wrong. I called Aspen. The operator was very helpful and even applied a coupon for a free evaluation. My fiancé was in immense pain to the point I couldn’t bare to be around him. I made the appointment and they set us up the SAME day! On a FRIDAY!! With in 2 hours of calling! The Dentist and assistant were extremely empathetic and very helpful. My fiancé is such a tough guy and he was in tears when the dentist numbed his pain and made a plan for us to get everything sorted. I highly thank everyone and appreciate all of the help and compassion. It’s amazing that it was given so effortlessly when I’m sure these ladies and gentlemen see this everyday!
