Today I came in for a check-up since it had been over a year since my last visit, and I was met with such kindness and warmth from everyone. From the dental assistant to the hygienist, Joana, and Dr. Zaida, the entire team made me feel very comfortable. They took their time to explain everything step by step, answered all my questions, and made sure I left without any doubts.nnThe communication between everyone was wonderful, and I truly felt like I was in great hands with Dr. Zaida—someone who genuinely cares about his patients’ oral health. The hygienist was fantastic; it might’ve been the first cleaning I actually enjoyed! And the dental assistant was so sweet, even rubbing my shoulder while I was getting anesthesia, which really helped calm me down.nnThank you all so much for making me feel cared for. I’ve been going there for about 2 years and needed extensive work. They have all the latest tech knowledge and expertise. From the phone call to make appointment then the treatment plan to final results was seamless. Each time I go they couldn’t be any nicer from the office manager to administrators, the assistant and of course the actual Dentist Dr Zayda he is dedicated and professional you can even joke with him ( my jokes aren’t funny but he tolerates me lol) don’t wait if you need dental work it’s a big company but they treat u like a mom and pop.
