I’m usually not a review kind of person, but this entire office deserves resignation for their outstanding care of my Mom. She chose Aspen dental on Mary Esther cutoff in fort Walton beach, for her New Smile. When we first decided to go with Aspen we were skeptical bc of the reviews on google but after sitting down with Lindsey at the front desk, we no longer had concerns. Dr. Montiel, Lily, Gabby, Versai and Lindsey along with the entire office staff, were exceptionally kind to my Mom. Their professionalism, friendliness and knowledge exceeded our expectations. Everything was explained to us in a way we understood and they answered every single question we had, with patience. My Mom is going on two weeks now post extractions and has her temporary dentures. We could not be happier with the fit/comfortability and the look of my Moms new smile… even though she will get a whole new (permanent) set in 6 months. These ppl know dentistry and professionalism. I am VERY picky when it comes to the care of my Mom and this staff checked all the boxes and then some. I appreciate the warmth of this office and every single staff member that took part in my mom’s care. We look forward to being patients at this location.

I have been putting off going to the dentist because honestly I've been afraid of what they would tell me. Pain finally got the best of me and I went in for an exam. Very friendly staff from the moment I stepped in the office. Reception, X-Ray Tec, Office/Finance, Dental Asst and Dr all 10 out of 10. Got the good news and bad news and was in better shape then I thought. But unfortunately I did have to have two molars extracted. And this is where the office staff shined! They worked with me on financing and gave me options I could easily afford. Which is always 1/2 of the concern going to the dentist. The other half is how bad is it going to hurt. And I'm here to tell you I didn't feel any pain at all during both extractions. Took the Dr 30 mins at best, so again very professional staff. I am currently writing this review the morning after. Very little swelling and little to no pain from the extractions currently. Can not thank everyone a Aspen Dental enough. Looking forward to getting implants and preventative care for my healthy teeth in the near future with Aspen Dental.

My visit was a Blessing. Last year I had a visit, and the professionals at Aspen recommended that I go have a tooth evaluated underneath a cap. Life events put me at the bottom of my list. My Mother was battling cancer and passed away in the year. Well I returned this pass week and was again met with kindness and excellent service, care and concern. I had a cap and tooth removed, and bone graft. I followed the professional advice post-op and I had no pain, barely any swelling and I have no no complaints. The following professionals were impeccable: Dr. Montiel, Kayla, Versailles, Gabby, Therese, Kacie, Kacie. As I taught at the Air Force Senior Non-commissioned Officers Academy, some of the key things we taught were Integrity First, Service Before Self and Excellence in all we do.
