What an absolutely amazing experience I had today at Aspen Dental in Gadsden, Alabama!nnFrom the moment I walked in, the entire staff was welcoming and professional — but I have to give special thanks to Jamiya, who examined my mouth and cleaned my teeth. She was incredibly thorough, gentle, and detailed, making sure every area was cleaned perfectly. She explained everything step by step, made sure I was comfortable the entire time, and didn’t let me leave until she knew I was satisfied with the results.nnI also want to recognize the financial specialist who went above and beyond to make sure my insurance was handled properly before I ever sat in the chair. They carefully explained what my insurance would cover, what wouldn’t be covered, and what my out-of-pocket cost would be — right down to the percentage. That kind of clarity and honesty means a lot!nnMy last dentist office in Birmingham could never get it together — it took over two years of frustration trying to get billing and insurance straight. Yesterday was my third visit to this dental office, and once again I left extremely satisfied. I went in for composite bonding on my front teeth, and Dr. Ronald Moore did an excellent job, quick, precise, and with great results.nnBut I especially want to thank Jamiya. She is truly amazing. She consistently goes above and beyond, and she is so knowledgeable, professional, patient, gentle, and genuinely caring. She even came in to polish my teeth after the doctor finished (something she didn’t have to do) and she stayed until I was completely happy with the final look. Her dedication means so much.nnA big thank you to Dr. Moore and the entire staff as well. Everyone there is always wonderful. Highly recommend!

Extremely kind and understanding, as well as FAST. Alexis was very efficient and personable while taking my X-Rays and Allear at the front desk was very pleasant in person as well as over the phone. If you can fight past the call centers, Gadsden Aspen is where you would want to go.

Shopped around looking for a dentist to do my root canal. The staff here were very helpful, and professional. Alexis really made sure I was comfortable and at ease.
