Yesterday was my third visit to this dental office, and once again I left extremely satisfied. I went in for composite bonding on my front teeth, and Dr. Ronald Moore did an excellent job, quick, precise, and with great results. But I especially want to thank Jamiya. She is truly amazing. She consistently goes above and beyond, and she is so knowledgeable, professional, patient, gentle, and genuinely caring. She even came in to polish my teeth after the doctor finished (something she didn’t have to do) and she stayed until I was completely happy with the final look. Her dedication means so much. A big thank you to Dr. Moore and the entire staff as well. Everyone there is always wonderful. Highly recommend!

What an absolutely amazing experience I had today at Aspen Dental in Gadsden, Alabama! From the moment I walked in, the entire staff was welcoming and professional — but I have to give special thanks to Jamiya, who examined my mouth and cleaned my teeth. She was incredibly thorough, gentle, and detailed, making sure every area was cleaned perfectly. She explained everything step by step, made sure I was comfortable the entire time, and didn’t let me leave until she knew I was satisfied with the results. I also want to recognize the financial specialist who went above and beyond to make sure my insurance was handled properly before I ever sat in the chair. They carefully explained what my insurance would cover, what wouldn’t be covered, and what my out-of-pocket cost would be — right down to the percentage. That kind of clarity and honesty means a lot! My last dentist office in Birmingham could never get it together — it took over two years of frustration trying to get billing and insurance straight. So walking into Aspen Dental and seeing everything handled smoothly and professionally was truly a breath of fresh air. It’s such a relief not to have to worry about unexpected bills or something ending up on my credit report because of a dental office’s mistake. I am very blessed to have found this place. All of my questions were answered to the highest understanding & with patience. Mrs. Mandy Elmore was just so amazing to me. 🥲 Every previous dentist I have been to can be so rude after uncomfortable, pocket draining appointments. Gadsden's Aspen Dental is an exception! The people were super nice. Megan did my cleaning. She is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions proficiently. As well as Alexis who was agile in her duties. I will definitely come back

I was called back for my appt after NO waiting, filled out paperwork and was immediately taken for X-rays. Everyone from the receptionist, X-ray tech, dental assistant and the finance consultation was so professional and courteous. They worked to give me the best price available and set follow up appts so that I might get work done asap. I was hesitant about going but I’m so very glad I chose Aspen Dental in Gadsden, Al.
