Very friendly and professional staff. In and out in a timely manner. Financing explained in a way that was easy to understand and a quick approval. Overall great experience!n***Update*** I just got home with my new teeth, upper and lower. I can't find the words to explain how satisfied I am. The teeth fit perfectly the first time the put them in. They are beautiful. Thanks to the staff for such wonderful customer service and for doing it the right way.

Aspen Dental staff was amazing. The wait time was short. They explained every detail of what each person was doing before they did anything. They found his issues fast and explained my options. Heidi did a great job cleaning his teeth & explaining what needs to be done and how he can keep his teeth & gums healthier! Tessa helped me find a plan that I can afford for treatments. Overall this place deserves more than a 5 star rating.

This was my very first time visiting Aspen Dental. I have never had any issues with my wisdom teeth until now, apparently. One of them is trying to take me out (not on a date) and I had to visit this morning for some relief. The staff were soo nice and the place is honestly so professional and clean. I will definitely be back.

Always have had a great experience with Aspen in Gardendale Al. Everyone I have encountered dealing with any tooth has been very nice and knowledgeable. Concerns are always met and no questions asked unless they're asking how does it feel now. I will continue to be a client of theirsnThe receptionist is always polite and there's always a thank you for coming when leaving. Great place.
