I got several reminders before my appointment. Everyone there was prompt. The dental assistant was very personable and explained everything before she did it. No surprises! Ana, the Xray tech, is always amenable and polite. Surgeon came in to examine my posts, oral health and tell me how they will measure, take them out and put new crowns in! Nice folks. Very professional!

I had become unhappy with my Dentist office of over 30 years. Money was the main emphasis. They were not taking insurance and were at a 4 day week. Everything was great for them but not their customers. 3 months or more for an appointment was common. I decided these people were not my friends, this was a business decision for my dental care. I decided to try Aspen Dental. I was worried, but everyone at the Gloucester office was very friendly and so informative. I knew what was happening throughout my visit down to setting appointments for the care needed. My appointments are set up within 1.5 weeks. In addition, I had just had a full cleaning at my dentist in August only to find out I had the starting of gum disease in my back teeth. If I had not come to Aspen Dental, it is no telling how long it would have been till this was identified. Lastly, but not least, I was worried how much my treatment would be and how I was going to pay. Aspen Dental offered several financial options, several which would be no interest. My anxiety was totally relieved and now I have a plan for my dental concerns where everything will be addressed in a week and a half. Check them out and take control of your dental health whether you have insurance or not. Know you will eliminate your concerns.

Nice, friendly well informed group. I love the atmosphere, Clean lobby and even better exam rooms. As much as I fear dentist I am a little less fearful of the group at Aspen Dental in Gloucester. 5 STARS SERVICE.Thank you for making my visit less stressful. I had been going to NOVA for botox TMJ injections. Dr. Vedros is now certified and uses up to date techniques that save money and time. The treatment has less injections, costs much less, and works as well or better than my previous treatment. In addition to cleanings, I have had a crown and a filling done. The doctor, techs and staff are all professional, skilled, and easy to get along with. My wife is now changing to Aspen Dental. I definitely recommend them.
