I recently visited the dental clinic because I had pain in my upper right tooth. The staff was professional and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The dentist carefully examined my tooth, explained that I had a cavity, and clearly described the treatment options.nThe procedure was handled smoothly, and they made sure I was comfortable throughout. I appreciated how they explained each step before doing it. Overall, the experience was better than I expected, and I would recommend this clinic to others.

I just started going to Aspen and I love it! Everyone there is great! If you find problem with anyone there I think it’s more on you than them. The front staff is so welcoming, all the DA’s were so friendly and nice! Dr Joy was very informative and kind. I felt she really cared about getting my mouth ‘healthy’. After visiting with Alyssa I didn’t feel like she saw me as just money but as a person that has issues that need to be fixed and she was very helpful in every way to work within my budget!! I haven’t had my deep cleaning yet but I just know the hygienist will be just as informative and helpful to get me on my healthy mouth path. Thank you Grand Forks Aspen Dental for making me feel welcome and like family!

I had by far the best experience anyone could really ever have at a Dentist's Office! Every single person that works at this office was absolutely amazing they were accommodating informative and helpful in every way humanly possible In my opinion it's very difficult to find a good Dentist however in my opinion I think I just might have done just that!! By far the BEST dental office I’ve been too. I hate going to the dentist and always feel anxious. I was called a few days prior to my appt from the office manager and I could tell right then and there it was going to be a good fit. She was so kind and actually listened to me speak. When I came in for my appointment she remembered me from our phone call. The X-ray girl was great (and X-rays suck!!! Hahaha) everyone was so personable!! I felt like I would hang out with these guys outside of the dentist! Dr joy came in and got on my level and spoke to me like I was a real human. She listened and heard what my concerns were. Made me feel safe. Alyssa came in during my exam and checked on me to make sure I was feeling okay (cause she knew I was nervous) she talked with Dr joy about my treatment and then we went and discussed the fun stuff…. Money haha. She explained everything and broke it down for me so it wasn’t too overwhelming (I have a lot of work) let’s just say I left there hugging the manager and in tears! Happy ones!!!! I finally felt like I found a dentist office that I belong. Seriously I hope everyone sees this and gives them a try. It’s all about the staff in that office that keep their patients happy.
