I had an amazing experience at Gurnee Aspen Dental with Dr. Arshia Jafar Nia and her assistant, Rachel! I was nervous at first, but they were both so kind, gentle, and patient that I quickly felt at ease. Dr. Jafar Nia took the time to explain everything, made sure I was completely numb, and performed my tooth extraction smoothly and pain-free, I only felt a little pressure.nnBoth Dr. Jafar Nia and Rachel were extremely professional, precise, and caring throughout the entire visit. I truly appreciated how comfortable and supported they made me feel.nnI also want to mention Becky the office manager, sheu2019s awesome! She keeps the office running so smoothly and is incredibly organized and welcoming. You can tell she really cares about both the staff and the patients.nnOverall, I highly recommend Gurnee Aspen Dental. I recently had my teeth cleaned at the Gurnee Aspen Dental and was treated by Goran Lazic. At first, I was quite anxious, Goran is a big, intimidating-looking man, and after some painful deep cleanings in the past, I was honestly a bit scared.nnBut I couldnu2019t have been more wrong.nnGoran is an absolute gentle giant. He was incredibly kind, professional, and gentle throughout the entire cleaning. Not once did I feel any pain, and he constantly made sure I was comfortable and at ease. Aside from the terrifically uncomfortable waiting room chairs, I have always had a good experience at Aspen. I especially like my hygienist, who is always very helpful and reassuring with my mobility issues. Everyone is always polite and knowledgeable.nI also like that I can get several types of treatment all in one place and conveniently located.
