It's been a while since I've been to the dentist, but I am glad I chose Aspen Dental in Harrisonburg. The staff was friendly and didn't make me feel bad for waiting so long (something I feared about finally going to the dentist). They treated me with respect and empathy, without judgement. Javi at the front desk was very welcoming and got me checked in quickly. Kevin was the assistant and he was very friendly and kind, and I got the sense he truly cared about my health. Dr. Vasanthi was also very caring and explained everything to me in a way I could understand. The hygienist, I think her name was Pam, was very gentle and took care not to hurt me. Tammie at the consultation desk was extremely friendly and helpful. She took her time going over the financial aspect of my treatment plan and helped get me situated with financing so that I can get my treatment started right away. Then Jerry, the office manager, was also great. He stopped by to make sure my visit was going okay and made the whole experience less daunting with his lighthearted jokes. It was hard to work up the courage to go to the dentist, but the team at Aspen made the whole thing seem easy. Thank you!

I'm so pleased with Aspen Dental of Harrisonburg. The staff are awesome! And they really care. I'd been without my top teeth for 5 months dealing with another dental Group, finally when I left there in tears the last time I decided to call Aspen. Well let me tell you I've got my dentures in less than a month, and they wanted to make sure I had them before the holidays. Dr V. Is awesome! Love my dentures, of course they take some getting used to but I really can't say one bad thing about mything experience with Aspen.

I was greeted with respect, a smile and professionalism was on point. X-ray tech did not rush took his time with me and cared about my feelings.The dentist was very knowledgeable and gave me great recommendations. I need work done and they have several different financial plans that I can apply for to help with the cost! What can I say? I’m glad I chose Aspen. I will be returning and I do trust the fact that I can bring my child to establish dental care. And another big thing for me is that the place is super clean, that is very important. Thank you Aspen for allowing me to be a new client!

Very satisfied. I had a dental emergency and have never been to Aspen. I was given an appointment quickly. When I arrived, the front desk was super and got me registered easily. The assistant was very friendly and gentle while taking X-rays. The dentist was highly knowledgeable and very thorough. Promptly solved my issue with advice for follow ups. All this in an hour! I will definitely go back and probably make them our family’s new clinic.
