I don’t usually leave reviews, but my experience at Aspen Dental in Hiram was so great that I had to share. From the moment I walked in, I had a handful of questions and concerns about scheduling, insurance coverage, and what to expect from my appointment. Honestly, I was a little stressed out before I even got there. Thankfully, Jordan at the front desk immediately put me at ease. She greeted me with such a warm smile, and you could tell right away that she genuinely cared about helping patients. I had questions about payment options and insurance, and she walked me through everything step by step, making sure I understood my choices without ever making me feel rushed. On top of that, she was incredibly efficient with checking me in. Even though the office was busy, she kept everything moving smoothly while still taking the time to answer all my questions. It really made me feel like I wasn’t just another name on the list, but an actual person they cared about. By the time I got back for my appointment, I already felt confident that I was in good hands. The entire visit was great, but Jordan’s kindness and professionalism at the very start made all the difference. She’s truly an asset to this office, and I can’t thank her enough for making the process so seamless. My experience at Aspen/Hiram with Dr. Saru Saini was utterly outstanding. I have a severe phobia of dentist and went there as a walk in and fell in love with her, she is so very gentle, as a matter of fact gentle does not begin to describe her personality and care. She was very knowledgeable and caring. This will be my dentist for life!!!!!! She has me on the road to recovery and has me on schedule to start long term/routine/restorative dental care. This lady knows her stuff and her staff is everything.....!!!!

They were very helpful & inviting as well. I surely appreciate them and the high quality work they do. PS: They defenitly deserve pay raise.

All the employees were so professional and nice. Made sure while taking my x-rays that i was comfortable. Dr. Saini made me feel so at ease because it was so nervous. But the procedure went quick and im happy to have got it done. Im so happy they allowed me to come in on short notice

I hate the dentist and im always nervous but Brittney the dental assistant was amazing. She calmed my nerves and then Dr. Saini did such amazing job removing 3 of my teeth. I recommend this place and as much as I hate going to the dentist I will be coming back to get more work done. Thank you everyone! All of the staff was awesome!!
