I had such a great experience at this office today. From the moment I walked in, everyone was so welcoming and made me feel completely comfortable. Janet at the front desk was so friendly, and Ms. Shepherd, the finance coordinator, explained all of my options clearly without any pressure or judgment. Dr. Jani and my hygienist Pegah were amazing — they walked me through every step, made sure I understood what was being done, and were so gentle and reassuring the whole time.nnI can’t say enough good things about this team. Their attitudes, professionalism, and kindness truly made my visit stress-free. I’m genuinely grateful for the care I received today. I highly recommend this office!

I am so grateful for Aspen Dental. The staff and doctors there are truly amazing. The facility is extremely clean and beautiful. I had my molar pulled a few months ago by Dr. Pathak and she is WONDERFUL. I had ZERO pain. She was gentle and informative. Today I came back for a filling and again she was truly awesome. Janet and Yolanda in front office are phenomenal with such great smiles and professionalism. They also have a VERY AFFORDABLE membership plan that you receive discounts on procedures. I am so glad I found Aspen.

I’ve been a patient in this office for a few years now and I’m glad I chose Dr. Pathak and her team. She is a wonderful and caring dentist who strives to get to know her patients in person. Her team is phenomenal too. Each time I come to this office, I feel welcomed. Fabiola is an exceptional hygienist who does a fabulous job with patients. I have even referred my friend to this office and he is also very happy with the services and care he receives.

My Experience in Aspen Dental!nnBased on my experience in Aspen Dental has been pleasant and outstanding to me. Especially the front desk, they are great at communicating with any questions that the customer has that relate to insurance, different payment options and the dental procedures. I did appreciate that the front desk helps with the following steps of setting up a patient account and with that you automatically get notification of confirmation of the upcoming appointments that were made with you.nnDuring the Procedures:nnThe dental assistant kindly help guide me in the available room and I like that they offer the small T.V set that they have attached to the chair while I wait for the dentist to be ready. Once the dentist arrived, she was really friendly, informative about my teeth health, and possible procedures that could be done including with the goals of with my teeth. Since I went with Liners option and I have crowded teeth: there is this filing process that can be very uncomfortable but it has to be done only with the chosen teeth that can get in the way with each other and interrupt with the strengthening process. I do admit it's intense but the dentists kept checking up on me if I was okay or if I needed a break.nnThe Dental Hygienist was friendly as well, and did her best to be gentle as possible, especially since my teeth tend to be sensitive and I very much appreciate her checking up on me if I needed a break from the cleaning. She was informative with tips on improving hygiene health in the teeth cleaning routines and I also did like that she went over the steps of flossing and which flossing methods would benefit me the most depending on my teeth needs.nnSpecial Thanks to Yolanda from the Front Desk Team:nnShe helped me a lot with reviewing the goals of strengthening my teeth and possible procedures that could be done depending which route plan I choose. I did like that she helped with the breakdown of the cost and her kindness explaining the benefits to first time customers and her wellness to want to help guide the patient. There wasn’t a moment where I felt confused nor afraid to ask her questions. I felt like I was in great hands!

Such a great experience at my local location! Dr. Jani had open availability and got me in as soon as a day later to help me with my much needed oral health. On the day of my appointment I was attended to quickly and was helped by the nicest and welcoming dental hygienist, Fabiola. She was so sweet and honestly gave me the most gentle cleaning I've ever had. They answered all the questioned I had and gave me recommendations without feeling pressured. I was recommended by a family member to Aspen Dental and I'm glad I took the leap. Definitely recommend and will be returning for any dental needs! Very accommodating to those of us who have no insurance as well.
