The atmosphere at Aspen Dental is so amazing. Everytime I walk in I am greeted by my name. It really amaze me how the receptionist remembers everyone's name.nThe staff is just really exceptional. Keep up the excellent work Aspen Dental employees. The office is always clean.

I want to acknowledge the complete staff at Aspen when I had my appointment I was grieving with a smile and that means a lot of difference when it was time for x-rays that team was awesome as well but the thing that kept this visit off the most is as we had final conversations with Madison about what was the right plan what was the right way to go? She was very candid. She was very, very honest and she was definitely straightforward and that helped us make the decision that was best for us. I tell you customer service comes from your heart not from your job. I want to thank all of you for what you’ve done for me God bless you and God keep you.

Oh my God, Aspen Dental is truly one of the BEST dentists I’ve been to in years. I’ve been having trouble with my mouth for over 10 years and could never get the work done because the pricing was always so expensive. I even asked ChatGPT what dentist I should try, and it recommended Aspen Dental — so I called and made an appointment.nnWhen the young lady Jordan from the front desk called to confirm, I told her I wasn’t coming because I didn’t want to be let down again. She reassured me they would take care of me, and she even told me she would hold my hand herself if she had to just to make me feel comfortable. That was the sweetest thing ever, and honestly, the only reason I showed up.nnWhen I arrived, they completed all my paperwork and consultation, and the price they gave me was SO low my heart dropped. I thank God for a place like this. I don’t know where they came from, but I thank God they were placed in Humble.nnI’ve already sent four people to them since my appointment, and I will continue sending more. Their service, their kindness, and their financial flexibility are excellent. Highly recommend Aspen Dental! 🙌🦷💙

Very friendly staff who know their job very well! From Ms. Jordan (the front office clerk) to the hygienist and assistants and the doctors, they all made my consultation appointment the most comfortable dentist experience I’ve had since I was a small child… so that speaks volumes! As a single mom of 4, finances are a huge importance to deciding whether I will get my teeth the help it needs (I’ve often put if off because I couldn’t afford it). The appointment/financial clerk guided me patiently and friendly with the financial options. I’m glad I was able to move forward with the plans assessed for my dental work. Again, this office is great! I’d trust anyone to come here!nn2nd visit (12/29/2025):nMs. Madison is SOOOO patient and helpful! She went through all of my financial options and explained (in laymen’s terms) all of the dental services I’d need. I didn’t feel rushed or embarrassed. I felt like she enjoyed her job!
