I can’t say enough good things about our recent visit to Aspen Dental in Katy, TX. From start to finish, the care and service provided to my parents was truly exceptional. The front office staff made the booking process easy and stress-free, even going above and beyond to help us navigate insurance details over the phone before the first visit. From the moment we walked through the doors, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and professionalism. Everyone we encountered was kind, patient, and incredibly caring — it made what could have been a nerve-wracking visit feel calm and comfortable. Dr. Rodriguez was outstanding. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable, but she also took the time to explain everything clearly and thoughtfully. Her communication style made it easy to understand the treatment plan. A special shoutout to Amanda — she was amazing! Personable, attentive, and incredibly helpful, she went above and beyond to make sure we had all the information we needed and that my parents felt supported every step of the way. This visit exceeded all our expectations, and we’re so grateful to the entire team. I will absolutely be recommending Aspen Dental Katy to family and friends. I had such a great experience at Aspen Dental! Dr. Rodriguez and her team — Berenice, Bri, and Maris — were absolutely amazing. Everyone was super friendly, professional, and made me feel so comfortable from start to finish. Dr. Rodriguez explained everything clearly and made sure I was at ease the whole time. Berenice, Bri, and Maris were so kind and helpful — they worked together perfectly and made the visit actually enjoyable (which isn’t something you usually say about the dentist!). I definitely recommend this office if you’re looking for great care and a team that really cares about their patients.

Everyone in the office is so kind, helpful, and patient. They make you feel like you’re part of their family. I’ve had a phobia of the dentist due to past trauma and experiences, but they made my visit today truly wonderful. I’m now ready to move forward with the whole process. All the anxiety I had when I walked in was eased because of their support. They communicate so well that you always know what’s happening, and they constantly reassure you that everything is going to be okay. I deeply appreciate the entire staff for their time, patience, and genuine care.

Kross did a great job for myself and daughter. He is communicative, professional and caring at the same time. I'm glad he attended to us. Overall, the entire staff of Aspen Dental- Katy are really excellent! The smile and welcome from the front desk set the tone for a great start. Highly recommended!

I’m so happy with my visit!! It brings tears to my eyes how nice and comforting this dental office is! I’ve had bad experiences from other places that turned me off to get the help I needed. I was blessed that someone told me to go here and I’m grateful! It all started from the amazing experience with the young lady that helped check in to the young lady that took my pics and helped get me in my room to the dental hygienist, I believe her name is Andrea, to Amanda who was an angel and made me feel comfortable and heard. I can’t wait to complete my next steps with the dentist when she has this many amazing people working with her! Thank you
