Aspen Dental in Lexington, SC has been a lifesaver for us, after being told by our out-of-network dentist that my Wife and I needed at least 3 crowns between us, we needed to find an in-network provider. Our insurance rep sent a list of in-network dentists in the Lexington area. We focused on Aspen Dental. Making an on-line appt which was swift and within days of making the appt., I had an excellent new patient experience! x-rays, a Hygienist consult which in all my adult life, never experienced, Jared inspected each tooth in my mouth, the health of my mouth was also critiqued, and we both agreed that having 3 hygiene cleanings over the next year would suffice. Next was an exam by my new Dentist, Dr. Romain. She is the very best- then, during and after my Crown on a cracked molar. The temp crown was just as good as the perm IMHO! Both Dental Assistants, Kat and Donna were superb, and thanked them for their care - Which was stellar! Everyone in the office are friendly and very focused on customer service. Chelsey assisted with my insurance, and my next appts, making the transition to a new dental office painless as can be.nnI want to thank everyone at Aspen Dental at Lexington, SC for their patient care!!!

I haven't been to the dentist in a while and the Lexington Aspen team made me feel right at home. I was seen quickly and my teeth felt the cleanest they ever have because of their hygienist Jared. Dr. Romaine was super nice and was thorough in her explanations about my dental health. Chelsey and Sahara were so patient with me as they went over financing options for my treatment. Overall, the best experience Ive had at a dental office.

The staff that blessed me with their skills was awesome. From the first initial appointment until this last visit, they never disappoint. Even when I felt a little nervous, the Dentist extended her hand and told me if I feel any pain to squeeze.nA great staff, and Katt (thank you, she thought I was much younger than I looked and had to make sure she had the right chart) very sweet young lady. I had a very pleasant experience from the moment I arrived at the front desk to my time in the exam chair. Every staff member I encountered was kind, friendly, and patient. The front desk team, Christina and Sahara, greeted each customer with a smile (both in person and over the phone) and were helpful in finding answers to my questions. Loreal, the dental assistant, and Dr. Romain were extremely knowledgeable and provided outstanding customer service. Exceptional service like this is rare these days, and I’m truly happy to have found a team that still exemplifies it. Thank you!
