My husband and I came in for normal check up and implant crown replacements. Let’s start with Omega the DA, she had exceptional customer obsession skills. She’s very personable and it’s easy to see she’s very passionate about her work and ensuring the Dr is well informed. Amina and Atifa were so attentive and very knowledgeable on the procedures being performed their expertise and professionalism really shined through. Also, it was really cool to meet twin sisters with a shared career goal. For the finale, Dr K… I love how you stay updated with the latest techniques and technology! The scanner and fancy skeletal view really gave me a new perspective and appreciation for the work being done here . It really shows in the care we received. Dr K truly goes above and beyond for his patients. Your staff is amazing, and the atmosphere in your office is so welcoming. It makes going to the dentist enjoyable! Everyone was so supportive of the Dr. work which makes the wait well worth it. I’ll chose waiting for QUALITY work any day over rushed performative or impulsive work. Also, it’s a dentist office you come knowing their could be a wait but the staff here helps you forget. PS - Jackie & Kendra the managers they help with consultant and financial this can be a drag but they really made this process seamless.

Anu and Dr. N were amazing! They made me feel comfortable while I was getting my cavities filled. I was especially grateful for Anu—while I was waiting for the doctor, she answered all the questions I had and helped me feel calm about the procedure, since it was my first time getting cavities filled. I just want to say thank you to both her and Dr. N.

I haven’t been to the dentist in years and hands down Aspen dental staff made me feel super comfortable and were the epitome of customer service. They were patient and thoroughly explained everything to me in the most professional way possible. I walked in and immediately felt like family from the courteous greeting I received from Tiffany at the front desk and Anu who was very caring during my X-rays and was very gentle with me until the end . Dr. Nguyen has to be one of the best in her field. She made sure she explained everything to me, she gave me detailed descriptions and visual confirmations on all of my issues….and last but definitely not least I would like to give a huge shout out to Kendra who sat down with me and literally went through all of the paperwork from procedure detail, scheduling, and payment arrangements. I didn’t think dentist offices like this even existed. They are truly the BEST!!!!!! staff I’ve ever witnessed. Love you guys at Aspen Dental! Patient for life!

I am very much impressed with Aspen Dental. The staffs are very very friendly and helpful. The dentist Dr. Nguyen and Dr. Anu Sandra are as well. They explained very deeply. I appreciate all of them including the X-ray technician well narrative. This was a nice experience from the moment I made the appointment. I like to say it was the best dental experience I've ever had. Staffs were so kind, caring, Thank you for friendly experience which calmed my fears and cared for my teeth. The Head of the center showed kindness in my dental fees too once they understood my situation. I highly recommend them.

I had a scheduled visit for extractions. I was very nervous because this was my first time having this type of procedure done. Dr. K made my experience easy and hassle free. He went above and beyond before, during and after the whole process which made me feel at ease. The staff was also pleasant. I will definitely return for any of my future dental needs.
