My first time coming to this dentist & I had such an amazing unforgettable experience here!! I’ve never felt that way in any other dentist I’ve gone to before. I went into this this office stressed & crying due to personal reasons & lack of sleep due to the really bad toothache ache I was having and also knowing the fact that I was going to need to extract my tooth made me super scared and nervous. As soon as I walked in, the receptionist (I wasn’t able to catch her name) she was very sweet & kind to me, helping me calm down. She provided support and empathy. Dr. Cadmus and his assistant Elias were very kind, knowledgeable, patient and made it a positive, relaxing, comfortable experience for me. The entire office gave me good vibes! All staff treated me so well. I highly recommend this dentist! They show that they genuinely care & want to help. They treat you as if you were their family in need of help. I love it here!

I don’t normally write reviews. And to be quite honest with you, I dread going to the doctor, or dentist or anything along those lines. About 2 days ago, my filling fell out. Dread filled me and I proceeded to look around the internet for a dental clinic that can take me on such short notice. I found Aspen Dental right here in Lutz. I was not expecting the level of care I got here. The doctor explained to me the plan and proceed to give me the next steps for a cleaning and refilling. I was directed to the front counter to discuss payment and I was introduced to Katie. When I tell you just how kind and understanding she is, you would not believe me. She made sure I understood everything and took the time to help me schedule my follow up cleaning. I genuinely do not think I have ever met anyone as wonderful and helpful as she was. Please please call Aspen Dental in Lutz for all of your dental needs and shout out to Katie for making going to the dentist quick, easy and painless and going out of her way to make sure everything is easy and smooth! Love Aspen Dental in Lutz. From beginning to end of an appointment you are treated so kindly as all the staff goes above beyond. Thanks so much to Dr Cadmus for taking care of a tooth I needed pulled. He was very patient with me as I am nervous at the dentist. He did a great job! Also the staff who assists him in the room go above and beyond to make sure that you're comfortable.And that you're okay. Ms Nunez operations manager also was very kind and helped me with a billing situation. I cannot thank her enough for assisting me with that. Thank you to all that work at this office for making going to the dentist a better experience.
