All staff were amazing! I have a long journey to fix my upper teeth and it seems achievable with the plan they mapped out for me. I’m excited to get it finished. Kudos to the entire staff. Everyone treated me with dignity, respect, and most of all kindness. I have something of a mess going on with my smile and it’s very embarrassing. They made me feel good about getting it fixed to where I’ll finally be confident when I smile. Thank you to all that treated me today.

Very friendly from walk in to walk out. Very informative. All the staff that I encounter from Haden (in call center) Lenora, markita , lady with locs (can’t remember her name) the hygienist and DR and summer.. all of them made me feel confident in getting my smile back the way I want.

I began my Aspen journey at the location on Palm Bay Road. Everyone was super nice, friendly, and helpful. I was trying to get dentures before my daughter's wedding. I got to know many of the staff members and they went above and beyond to make it happen. I have/had no insurance and they helped me with a finance option. Then all of a sudden all the staff I knew and loved was gone, including my doctor! This is when my experiences went from happy to horrible! I have an EXTREME dental phobia. The doctor who performed my subsequent procedure was pushy and seemed to care only about how much money he could get out of me; even to the point of giving me false information. During the procedure I was terrified and nowhere near sedated enough. Instead of talking to me and helping me through, he and his assistant talked to each other in Spanish the majority of the time. The experience was traumatic to say the least. Within the last year or two I've experienced an emergency with my top dental plate. It ended up probably being the best thing that could have happened to me. My location said they did not have availability for a repair that day and advised me to call the new location on New Haven. The NH staff asked if I could drop my plate off and said it would be ready before the end of the day. When I went in to do so I found a familiar face (Donna). I was so relieved! The staff at this location seems completely different from the other! They and Donna took wonderful care of me (twice now with emergencies) and we have discussed the possibility of having additional work done at this location. I asked that my records be transferred the day of the first emergency. I am so very grateful to Donna and the staff at the New Haven location for being so kind. I gave 5 stars based on my experiences in the beginning at Palm Bay Road and with the New Haven location. Just keep in mind that apparently not all locations are the same!

Friendly staff that makes my appointments and check-in so much easier. My dental hygienist is very thorough and is great at explaining things, she really cares about providing fantastic service, and makes my medical procedure so much better. Many thanks to the great staff and of course to the awesome dentist too.

Went to Aspen Dental in Melbourne this morning for a consultation on future work on my teeth. Everybody is just great, very professional. The doctor took the time to answer all my questions. Dawna is just plain fantastic, kindly going over costs and payment options. Great bunch of people.
