This is TEAMWORK at it's best! I walked into the office a bit frightened due to my lack of regular dental check-ups. I knew what I needed done, was honest, and they walked me through every step of my upcoming procedures. Every question was answered with confidence and a smile. I'm only two weeks into this journey, but I walk in now knowing I'm walking into a professional group of individuals, from the front counter to the dental chair. As a travel medical care worker Aspen Dental is the best choice for my dental needs. However, this Melbourne location is by far the best dentist office I've been to. The staff members are caring to all your needs and go above and beyond to help their clients. I wish I could pack up this location and take them with me everywhere I go.

I appreciate this location. Everyone was very friendly and personable. I wish I remembered the hygienist name, she had blonde hair. She was very knowledgeable and caring. I got a lot of x-rays and then saw Dr. Patel who was also very gentle and knowledgeable. I then got to speak with the financial assistant Glinda who was absolutely wonderful! She explained everything in GREAT depth and with no judgement. First time I feel someone took the time to explain what I needed and break down the cost. They told me what was most important to handle first. I truly appreciate the time they took! The cost was a little steep for me and I’m hoping to come back in a few months once my insurance kicks in. I didn’t love that o couldn’t speak with the oral surgeon before booking my wisdom teeth removal. I will probably find another place for my surgery. Overall though, very comfortable and pleased with my apt and the staff!

Went to Aspen Dental in Melbourne this morning for a consultation on future work on my teeth. Everybody is just great, very professional. The doctor took the time to answer all my questions. Dawna is just plain fantastic, kindly going over costs and payment options. Great bunch of people.
