This is one of the BEST dental offices I've been to. I always dread going to dental offices because of all the hidden charges and fees. They were fast, efficient and well organized. The check-in process was seamless. The tablets were easy to read and took me less than 5 mins to fill and sign everything. David was super helpful with getting me squared away with the cost and financing options. What was even more amazing is my insurance covered most of the bill, which is unheard of when visiting a dental office especially for orthodontics. They're very transparent and honest. Every single staff member was personable and friendly. 10 outta 10.

Aspen Dental in Midlothian is honestly the best dentist office in all of Ellis County. I have hated going to the dentist since I was a kid because it always felt like no one cared if they were hurting me, but Aspen Dental was a completely different experience. From the minute I walked in to the minute I left, everyone made me feel welcome and comfortable.nThe nurse, the doctor, the assistant and the office manager all had great energy and were super easy to be around. We all know dental tools don’t feel great, and they know that too. They were gentle the whole time and kept checking on me, apologizing anytime something caused even a little pain. You can tell they actually care about their patients and want you to leave happy with the work they do.nI was also stressed about how much everything would cost because I needed a lot of work done, but Ashley the office manager really saved the day. She broke everything down for me, walked me through all my options and helped me get set up with a super affordable financing plan so I can get everything taken care of without stressing.nHuge thank you to Ashley and the whole team at Aspen Dental Midlothian. They even squeezed me in as a walk in with no appointment, which I really appreciated. Great people, great service, and easily the best dental experience I’ve ever had.nnThey are honestly SIX or SEVEN star worthy 🤣

I went to Aspen Dental in Midlothian and the experience has been fantastic. I’ve seen both Dr. Garcia and Dr. D and they care they give us beyond any I have ever received. Dr. Garcia literally gave me my dream teeth and they were both so thorough. Rachel, the hygienist, is fantastic and explained everything she was doing. The two Dental assistants, Mia and Gabby, took excellent care of me and explained exactly what I was seeing from the X-rays. Then when it came to finding out everything I need to have fixed, David and Ashley sprung into action and broke it all down and helped me with any financial help I may need. There is even a lady named Katy that works on site to prepare any crowns I need and even makes the dentures and bridges custom to my needs. Lindsey is also there and is so sweet and caring and makes sure to explain any questions you may have about any of the process. The lady, Ana, at the front desk was even so friendly and caring. If you are looking for a dental team that actually cares to help you every step of the way, Aspen Dental in Midlothian is the any place to go.
