I had a wonderful experience with the Midlothian location. I don't enjoy visiting the dentist. I scheduled an emergency appointment having been up all night with a tooth ache — I do not look forward to dentistry. However, this was a pleasant experience. From the front desk to the Office Manager to Mia who took the scans and her assistant to Dr. DeMars, I receive outstanding service (and I can be hard to please). They were very kind, compassionate, and accomodating. Mia was amazing with the scanning; she made accomodation for a condition I have and made it quick and as painless as possible. I definatley would refer others to this location. They are outstanding.

good afternoon everyone. i’m leaving this review because i didn’t just find a new dentist office. i found new friends it feels. i first talked to mr. david on the phone! he made me feel comfortable and like i was his own family. and honestly i couldn’t ask for more comfort. Then walking in I met a found desk lady, she treated me with the kindness smile and respect even though i was in pain.( i wish i got her name). the dental student and dental assistant (ill call them t and m) for now, were absolutely wonderful. like they were my siblings and they had to put up with me :). Then the doctor that pulled my tooth himself dealt with my pain, emotions, and screams. i would love to thank them even more in the future. great stuff, great energy, fantastic environment.

Dr. DeMars was absolutely amazing when it comes to his attention to detail and his care.nnALSO the Dental Assistants (especially Gabriela Ruiz) was the reason my visit was soo very smooth and incredible! She was so very sweet and her chair-side manner was top notch. She always had the biggest smile and was beyond nice and caring to all my needs. She answered all my questions so thoughtfully and took time to hear me out and what I wanted.nnGabriela ALONE would be the main reason I'd want to come back again and again.. and I never thought I'd say that about the dentist office!nThank you to the staff (Anna, Mia, Sonia, Ashely and of course Gabriela) for running such a caring and quality dentist appointment!nn10/10 dentist would recommend

I highly recommend Aspen Dental in Midlothian for all the great care I received. Dr. DeMars and staff were absolutely, hands down the best care I’ve ever experienced in dental services.nUpon entering the office, the first thing I noticed was it is clean and modern. I was greeted with a smile and Dave was very helpful and got me checked in right away.nThey took the time in telling step by step what to expect for my first visit. Gabby, made getting the x-rays fast and easy.nDr. DeMars came and introduced himself and was very thorough in his examination and his explanation of why my existing dentures were giving me problems. He was very compassionate and understanding. I immediately trusted that I was going to receive the best care possible, not only due to him and his staff, but the best in technology and equipment.nLyndsey, the specialist in doing the impressions was fantastic. She talked me through the whole process and did it very efficiently and was really nice and upbeat.nMy experience was the best ever! Thank you, Aspen Dental! I can’t wait for my new smile.
