This was the best experience I have ever had at the dentist by far. I had not been to a dentist in nearly a decade and was not sure what I needed to do in order to get back on track. Ayanna did an amazing job in explaining the different treatment plan options that I had. She was very professional and patient with all of my questions. Once I made the decision to go forward with the appropriate treatment, Yohana did my cleaning and she was also very professional and I had zero pain while the cleaning was performed. I have no complaints and will continue to get my dental care here as long as it continues to be this was.

I had my teeth cleaned for the first time and my hygienist was the sweetest through the numbing process and I loved the results and then came the part of cavity drilling which I anticipated to be horrible but turned out to be smooth and not as bad thanks to the entire team that worked on me. It’s always been a smooth and fast process for my dental visits. The staff are kind and it’s a super clean environment. This is best place for all your dental needs.

All around, starting with the Answering Service/Appt Scheduler, my experience with this entity was highly satisfy. Everyone was polite, friendly and very professional. They listened to my wants and needs, and empathized with me when needed. They went above and beyond to help me. The receptionist, the Financial Adviser, doctors and nurses, explained to us what it would be done efficiently and properly. I had a previous bad experience in my youth with the dentist, but I felt more confident after my first visit here. There was a lot to be done with my treatment plan but the team never looked down on me for wanting to take it step by step and encouraged me to do so. I've had both sides of my mouth undergo a deep dental cleaning now and both hygienists were amazing. Neither of them made me feel bad for having a fear of injections and walked me through every step. After my second half, the doctor also had time to do two of needed fillings and got me done before I needed to pick up little one from school. I feel more enthusiastic about taking care of my teeth after these last visits, despite my initial fears.
