My first appointment was an exam and treatment plan, everything went great and everyone was extremely kind, almost too good to be true so I waited to review until after my cleaning. Well It is true! This is an incredible team! Drew, the dentist, Jii, Sam, Margaret, They all were unbelievably kind, compassionate, and helpful. I was pretty anxious about my deep cleaning, jii wouldn’t start my cleaning until I was okay and that made me feel safe. He was so patient with me he even let me play some music to help with my anxiety. Sam went above and beyond explaining the “numbers” part, my plan was affordable and doable. I had given up the notion that I would ever have my teeth aligned, but the dentist made me feel hopeful about that. He expressed a determination to get my teeth and gums healthy.I have never left a dentist appointment feeling happy, but that’s exactly how I felt. I’m very grateful to have found this particular aspen location. I highly recommend

I recently came in for an evaluation of a chipped bottom tooth. I spoke with Margaret on the phone, and she was incredibly kind and helpful. I was able to immediately book for a same-day appointment, and I was greeted with kindness and respect upon arrival. Jeff took scans of my teeth and was kind, patient and helpful. Dr. Alwan was terrific—very kind, attentive, and took the time to listen to my needs. He fixed my tooth at the follow-up appointment and did a fantastic job on the filling. Dr. Jee, the dental hygienist, also did an excellent job with my cleaning and clearly explained the issues I was experiencing. He was also very kind and gave me a cool 3D printed bookmark! The entire team was very transparent, which made me feel comfortable and confident in my care. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and definitely recommend this location!

My Dental hygienist was very proficient doing the deep cleaning on my teeth. Not only did he do a great job cleaning he also made sure I was comfortable. Jee is a great asset to Aspen Dental.

My experience at Aspen Dental was outstanding. My mother is 82 with dementia, and is in a wheelchair with mobility issues. She needed new dentures after losing hers. Remembering the last time she had a set made which took over a month, I was expecting a very stressful experience with multiple visits. The complete opposite occurred. My initial conversation with Margaret answering all my questions and booking appointments relieved at a lot of my concerns. Everyone was extremely compassionate and accommodating to the situation. Dr. Alwan is extremely knowledgeable and up to date on all techniques. Assistants Barb and Drew were very understanding and patient with my mom kindly repeating instructions because of her short term memory. Jackie the lab manager quickly processed the molds and dentures. The lab being on site is convenient and greatly shortens the process. The office is very state of the art. Within 3 visits, we left with a new set of dentures. I cannot recommend this location enough. I would give them 10 stars if I could.
