I had a great experience with the Nampa group. They were very caring and understood my thoughts and feelings. They took the time to explain my options and to help me with financial possibilities. I'm looking forward to going back and get started with my procedures. I would like to thank some of the staff for their help and they are Dr. Sung, Autumn Veesart, Teresa, Tanner and Emily. I've been in the dental field for 10 years and let me tell you this was the best experience ive ever had. You would think snice I am in the dental field myself I wouldn't be nervous 😓 but yet I was. Dr.Kutin and his dental assistant Lili were very gentle and fast they both reassured that everything would be okay and they put on some of my favorite music on to relax me. I didnt feel the shot and they were definitely on it ! And thanks to Autumn she called me in sooner because they had a cancelation so at the end of the day I got out earlier than planned which is always nice! thank you guys for understanding and giving me good quality dental care 😊

I called Aspen demtal after getting them off a google search for dental pain i was in they got me in the same day not even am hour later and for free. So I get there wait about 15 minutes before they got me into the back took a bunch of x-rays like 18 of my mouth gave me a tube of Rx toothpaste for very sensitive teeth did a full exam by the hygienist and then the dentist did a full examination of my mouth. Then he made a full plan from filling cavities getting me two extractions and 3 crowns and a partial denture. They where very gentle and aware of my anxiety. He offered me anxiety medication 💊 for my next visit and was just so careful and you can tell he really cared!!! They where amazing kind and very compassionate to me and my needs while in his chair. Then he sent me to the billing because I had no insurance so they made a detailed and comprehensive payment plan with a very low interest rate or the option of no interest rate and a higher down-payment and monthly payments. They set me up with a great plan to fix my mouth and a really affordable plan to pay for it over time!! Really was an awesome experience 👏 🙌 😎 👌!!! I was in a bunch of pain so he have me an Rx for pain medication 💊 and antibiotics . He will send in an Rx the day before I come into my visits with him of anti anxiety medication so I'm relax and comfortable while he works on my mouth and they did it all for free!! I couldn't believe it!! The toothpaste they gave me had to be very expensive alone plus all they exams x-rays and all the prescriptions he called in... it was such an amazing experience for the dentist office I'm excited to go back and I have major issues with seeing 👀 the dentist 🙃 😫 😬 but not here they are amazing I would recommend them to anyone who has no insurance but wants to keep their teeth or if like me you have medicaid but can't find someone who takes it that you don't have to wait months to see. They are so affordable too and work with you through it all!! I'm very happy 😊 😃 !!!

I got a root canal with their specialist a little while ago. I feel awful I cannot remember his name or the lovely gal who assisted him for the life of me (so sorry!!!) but they were absolutely amazing! They took such excellent care of me. 1) my body was having a sort of physical trauma response & trembling uncontrollably, the girl got me one of the x-ray jacket things and laid it on me to act as a weighted blanket (it helped my body calm down so much). It may seem silly or small but it was so kind & helpful. 2) the doctor did such an amazing job, 1st time with getting numbing shot & not feeling it at all. He made it so painless. 3) They worked so quickly and I couldn’t feel anything the whole time. I so appreciate how well they did & how well they treated me. Now I don’t ever want a root canal again of course, but if I had to, I would want them to do it (haha)!
