I was more than pleasantly surprised.nnDr. Sana Khalid was amazing. She spent extra time with me to explain things and to answer all my questions. I never felt rushed or dismissed or uncomfortable. She was really great.nThe hygienist was swift and very thorough.nThe X-ray tech was a delight, and the office staff was lovely.nnThey completed my treatment the same day, and they helped me navigate the treatment plan by explaining which services were ideal and preferred and which were truly essential.nThey always recommend the best case scenario—the best, most ideal course of treatment—but you can choose to accept or decline any or all portions of it. Just ask questions.nThe final price was very reasonable.nnOverall, I had a truly wonderful experience at the New Castle location, and I’m so glad I went.
