I trust the team at this Aspen Dental office. I went in for a 2nd opinion (after visiting another dentist in the area - mind you I didn't tell Aspen that this was a second opinion. I wanted to see what they would find wrong, and a pricepoint with no bias). I had things that needed attention that the first dental office quoted me nearly $4,000 for (including insurance). The team at this Aspen office found the same items that needed attention, but the price came in much less than the other office. Anyway - Logan, one of the office managers, was very communicative and explained everything to me in detail and answered all of my questions. The rest of the office staff - two dentists (one performed one service and another performed the other at a later appointment) were very kind, not judgemental, and again very communicative with what they were doing. The hygienist was very nice and very thorough as well.nnThere was a slight miscommunication two weeks later - I did receive a bill with an unpaid balance. HOWEVER, a quick call to Aspen resolved it. This wasn't an issue with the local office, but the company billing department in general.nnAnyway, to close - Aspen Dental, specifically the Nokomis office and their current staff were great to me and I recommend them. I even witnessed an issue in the office with another patient, and the team handled it with the utmost professionalism.

Friendly team of five taking care of me from front desk to imaging, general dentist, hygienist and billing. Very organized and each team member explained everything they were doing and why. Eagerly sought out and answered my questions. White glove treatment. I’m hearing impaired and still understood everything. Modern imaging equipment was used to show me my areas requiring attention. Mary, my hygienist was excellent!
