This may take a while, but I had my first visit with Aspen Dental in Novi yesterday (a Monday). During the weekend, I experienced extreme pain in my tooth and to me it was medical emergency as my pain was a 10 out of 10. I started doing my research looking for a place close to my home that could get me as soon as possible. I hit the jackpot as they found a Monday morning appointment. The minute I walked in to Aspen Dental in Novi I felt very comfortable and welcomed. Going to see a dentist for any procedure is not what the average person looks forward to, but when you need help, this dentistry was there. I call them my guardian angels. From the front desk Alyssa, to the billing department, Kyrra, to the hygienist, Stephanie, to the xray tech, Alexis, to the dental technician, Hydia, and of course to my amazing dentist, Dr. Kallabat, I could not have been in a better place to have this procedure done. They are efficient, friendly, accommodating, and once there, I knew I chose the right place. No one likes the dentist, but seriously, if you need to choose one, try Aspen Dental, they are in touch with the latest technology and I would believe that every location would have a staff as wonderful as the Novi staff. Absolutely Phenomenal Experience! To say Aspen Dental - Novi did a great job would be an understatement, they were absolutely phenomenal! I’ve visited this location before, and once again, the doctor and team went above and beyond to provide exceptional care. I’ll be honest, I hate going to the dentist. But the team here is so caring, considerate, and gentle that they completely eased those fears. They take time to walk you through every step, making sure you feel informed, comfortable, and genuinely cared for. That’s exactly why I came back! This time, I brought my grandmother with me. She has dementia, which requires a lot of patience, repetition, and compassion and the entire team showed every bit of that and more. We had a two-day experience getting her dentures, and they were so intentional about minimizing visits to make things easier for her. Their kindness, patience, and attention to detail truly meant the world to us. From start to finish, everyone was professional, attentive, and simply delightful to work with. Dr. Kallabat, along with the entire staff, from the hygienists to the front desk to the folks behind the scenes — all played a part in making this a five-star experience. I'm really happy with the care my child received. Dr. Gavin Kallabat is amazing—so kind, patient, and really great with kids. You can tell he truly loves what he does.The staff was also very friendly and made us feel comfortable from the moment we walked in.They explained everything calmly, and I left feeling very at ease as a mom. The clinic is clean, nice, and perfect for kids and families. I honestly recommend them a lot.
