I want to start by saying I have been to many dentists in my life. I have extreme anxiety about anything medical, but especially the dentist. Because of that fear, I avoided getting some cavities treated, which unfortunately led to bigger issues with my teeth. I’ve also struggled to find a dental office that treats you like a person instead of just a paycheck. I called late on a Friday night with severe tooth pain, and they immediately gave me an appointment for early the next morning. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles. They could tell I was nervous and truly went the extra mile to help me stay calm. Every single person I interacted with from the manager Michaela, to the incredibly sweet Storm who took my X-rays, to the doctor herself was so patient, kind, and soothing. They made me feel safe and heard. Once they diagnosed the issue, they also helped me come up with a manageable payment plan for my treatment, which meant so much to me. If you or your children struggle with dental anxiety, I cannot recommend this office enough. They genuinely care.

I just want you to know that the Aspen Dental Association in Oneonta New York the people are excellent Helena, Storm, the dentist Joanne and Christina unbelievable it was like going to a day spa with the service in each department I would recommend High honors for those employees and a possible increase in salary, you can't find people like that just walking in your door for employment. I look forward to going back and getting more procedures done, that they recommended I should have done.nEmployees with knowledge of their job and liking their job are very hard to find.

I cannot say enough good about Aspen Dental dental. They got me in for the next day emergency extraction, thankfully. I went through 3 days of no food or sleep from severe infection, as there was a bad storm amd the weekend, and they took care of it right away along with antibiotics, and extraction. The entire staff and their process, 5 stars. Way to go Aspen Dental dental
