I had a wonderful time with a great staff, all smiles with these beautiful professional staff, Dr. Nicole with outstanding expertise in removing my tooth gracefully, wonderful doctor. Thank you And of course, Peggy and yuli outstanding professional ladies, I felt like being with family. Laughter and smiles all of us enjoying each other company. The staff here are absolutely wonderful. From walking in and asking about my insurance to getting set an appointment that day is great. They’re easy to work with. Able to answer any questions or concerns I’ve had. Peggy is the best hygienist I have been too in a long time! Highly recommend. She numbs you up real well! The Office Manager, Samantha was very professional, knowledgeable with training staff, questions & has great attitude! I would highly recommend this location for future dental visits!

Dr Nicola super informative and awesome. Courtney all smiles and informative. Sam pops up where ever and whenever you need. Alyssa and Yuli were absolutely pleasant. Eleisha was sweet. Destiny tried to help me get everything covered and made sure I understood everything. Did this survey because of her. Haven't been to the dentist in several years. Great experience overall.

I had a great experience at Aspen Dental in SODO, Orlando. From start to finish, the staff was professional, efficient, and welcoming. Yuli in particular was outstanding—she was friendly, patient, and made sure everything was clearly explained, which really helped put me at ease.nnThe office was clean, well-organized, and ran on time. I appreciated how attentive everyone was and how comfortable they made the entire visit. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for quality care and great customer service.

Nice clean office was easy to get an appointment without a wait. I changed dental plans, and the staff was there to answer all of them for me. The young lady that did my cleaning was great and made me feel relaxed. I loved the fact that the equipment in the office was newer technology. my old dentist was an independent (small business) office, and I understand due to that they can't have the lasts and greatest tech. but it was nice to see What Aspen dental was able to do. I have hearing issues, and the staff took the time to be patient with me to insure I was able to understand everything. waiting time to be seen was good I waited maybe a max of 5 mins after my appointment time. otherwise, this was a good place to visit and get started as a new dentist for myself.
