This is by far the best dentist I’ve been too! I went with excruciating pain in a crappy mood and yet this wonderful lady Shondell took my right under her care and was talking to me as if she knew me and understood me. She went and got Akira (the dental hygienist)who is absolutely amazing at what she does, she gave me 3 shots in my jaw and from someone who has a phobia of needles the way she talked to me and coached me made me not even realize when she stuck the needle in. Dr. Ransaw (aka Dr. Ranker (the name I gave her by accident 😆) was very thorough when she was explaining everything to me. I absolutely love these ladies energy and their customer service. Dr. Ransaw made me feel way better about my situation with assured responses that she would take care of me. Katie the office manager took time with me to go over everything in full detail about my treatment plan, she literally went above and beyond to make sure everything was affordable for me, and that alone is a characteristic of someone who cares about people and not just a check. This will carry them a long way!! I truly am glad I chose this location but I will warn you the wait time is a little long but well worth it. It’s like I made a bond with these magnificent ladies IMMEDIATELY!! The team that I seen yesterday was amazing, even the ones that did not assist me, they were all in full communication with each other about the next steps for each patient. Well done Aspen, thank for a wonderful service and look forward to long future together as my forever dental care provider!!nPs….I’m no longer afraid of the dentist thanks to Akira who is like a fairy in the real world!!

I had an amazing experience at Aspen Dental in Phenix City. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. They made the entire visit feel comfortable and relaxed. It honestly felt like being around family.nnThe service was excellent, and the team made sure I felt taken care of throughout my visit. Their kindness and positive energy really stood out.nnI also want to give a special shoutout to Katie, who truly made the experience great. Omg from start to end great experience. Katie was PERFECT. This was an emergency visit and it had a schedule issue. She saw the pain I was in and got me in to be treated. The back staff was great too. Gentle and explained things along the way and let me know what's what. Friendly atmosphere and I can surely say I'll return for the work I need. I have had dental anxiety since my last visit and they have put me at suck ease. Tysm to all who treated me today.

McKenzie was amazing! This was my FIRST visit to Aspen dental in Phenix City! The facility is so clean and EVERYONE is super friendly! McKenzie completed my X-Rays quickly and efficiently and ensured I was comfortable. She was also nice talking to while waiting for my doctor. You can tell she loves her job! I honestly hate going to any doctors office but this was the first time I left LESS stressed than what I went in 😂 Thanks Aspen and special thanks to McKenzie!
