Throughout the years I have not so good experiences with visiting several dentists. And would at times avoid. The staff at this dental office (to the front desk staff, the billing department, the dental assistant, the dental hygienist, and the surgeon) were very kind to me. Sherry and the surgeon made me feel so very comfortable and at ease. I hardly felt any pain after being given anesthesia. Plus they showed much empathy towards me. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a good dentist.

Aspen Dental's visit was a really great experience. The front desk lady was so warm, welcoming, and friendly. Dr. Amer was AMAZING. His interactions with the patients were really sweet and professional. I truly recommend Dr. Amer and his office for your dental needs.

I went there for a check up and a few other problems. They went over my treatment plan and are letting me chose what I can for at the time. I never seen a dentist do that before. I'm going to get everything done that needs done. My other dentist I came before I went to them said my teeth were fine. Just a FEW problems. Aspen dental did a FULL exam and said what was wrong. I'm glad I found them. They took me without insurance and most dentist won't even look your way without insurance.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5-Star Review – Aspen Dental, Pickerington, OHnnI had an appointment at Aspen Dental in Pickerington, Ohio on Saturday, November 15th, and overall it was a really good experience. When I arrived, the office was pretty busy. They only had one dental assistant that day (the other had called off), plus just one dentist and one receptionist. Even with the short staff, they handled everything really well.nnI showed up an hour early hoping to get in sooner, but since they were so busy, I didn’t get called back early—which I understand. The good thing is that they still took me back right on time for my actual appointment, and I was done within an hour. Not bad at all.nnWhile I was waiting, they explained the staffing situation to everyone and reassured me that they’d keep me updated. Once I got taken back, they explained it again and let me know the dentist would be in as soon as he could. I probably only waited about 5–10 minutes before he came in. He introduced himself, was very polite, and even though the visit was quick, I completely understood because of how busy they were. He still took the time to talk about why I was there, go over my options, and help me decide the best route.nnAfter that, I met with the office manager, who was amazing—super nice, funny, and easy to talk to. We had a lot in common, and he made the whole process smooth. He set me up with all my appointments, worked around my job schedule, and even made sure I’d get my dentures before the holidays—before Thanksgiving, which is incredible.nnAll in all, I’m very happy with my experience at Aspen Dental, and I’m glad to be a new patient there. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone.nnUpdate : received my teeth and they are perfect!! I can finally eat with ease !! Thank you Aspen Dental and most of all thank you Dr Amer you were amazing !! First photo is was try in second is my second night with them and my first time eating a meal with them !! Never did I once have to stop and take them out bc I couldn’t eat with them or they slipped to much they held pretty tight with no glue!!

The medical receptionist was professional and helpful. The X-ray Technician was prompt and courteous. The Dentist was knowledgeable and provided me with a clear explanation of what need to be done and why. The office manager was polite, and advised me on what my insurance plans could cover. Aspen Dental was only able to accept my Delta Dental Insurance. Even though, I also have Humana Dental insurance through Medicare. The Medical Receptionist told me that I could use my Humana spend card, but I couldn't use my Human dental insurance because Delta needs to be used first.This information concerned me because with three insurance coverages, I usually pay nothing, and during this visit, I paid $74.00.
