I had an extraction, temporary partial, and root tip removal here recently. The whole process was so smooth, and they took care of everything when all I could think about was the pain. The X-ray tech, the dental hygienist that took impressions, the lady that schedules and takes care of the front, the office manager David (who knows all my favorite Friday the 13th stars personally!), the dental assistant with me during extraction, and Dr. Basmaji are totally excellent! Each one is kind and efficient. The young dental assistant really helped me through it at the very last step, because it had been postponed the week before because of high blood pressure, so I was nervous about it being too high again since I was in intense pain. She kept me so calm chatting and reassuring me. I can't remember all the names, but thank you all. And Dr. Basmaji, who hasn't been around for a whole long time, did the procedures like a pro. I was so amazed that I had just very little pain that only lasted a while the next day, then it was gone for good. That takes skill when you have a big strong tooth and other stuff to deal with at the same time. Thanks so much folks, see you soon!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5-Star Review – Aspen Dental, Pickerington, OHnnI had an appointment at Aspen Dental in Pickerington, Ohio on Saturday, November 15th, and overall it was a really good experience. When I arrived, the office was pretty busy. They only had one dental assistant that day (the other had called off), plus just one dentist and one receptionist. Even with the short staff, they handled everything really well.nnI showed up an hour early hoping to get in sooner, but since they were so busy, I didn’t get called back early—which I understand. The good thing is that they still took me back right on time for my actual appointment, and I was done within an hour. Not bad at all.nnWhile I was waiting, they explained the staffing situation to everyone and reassured me that they’d keep me updated. Once I got taken back, they explained it again and let me know the dentist would be in as soon as he could. I probably only waited about 5–10 minutes before he came in. He introduced himself, was very polite, and even though the visit was quick, I completely understood because of how busy they were. He still took the time to talk about why I was there, go over my options, and help me decide the best route.nnAfter that, I met with the office manager, who was amazing—super nice, funny, and easy to talk to. We had a lot in common, and he made the whole process smooth. He set me up with all my appointments, worked around my job schedule, and even made sure I’d get my dentures before the holidays—before Thanksgiving, which is incredible.nnAll in all, I’m very happy with my experience at Aspen Dental, and I’m glad to be a new patient there. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone.nnUpdate : received my teeth and they are perfect!! I can finally eat with ease !! Thank you Aspen Dental and most of all thank you Dr Amer you were amazing !! First photo is was try in second is my second night with them and my first time eating a meal with them !! Never did I once have to stop and take them out bc I couldn’t eat with them or they slipped to much they held pretty tight with no glue!!

I have had an extremely good experience with this office. They are friendly, courteous and really cared about my concerns. The exam and care was a very pleasant experience. The staff are very attentive and knowledgeable. They have definitely restored my faith in Aspen and I have found my new go to office!

Sherrie was amazing!!! She made me feel comfortable throughout the entire procedure by explaining what she was doing, what to expect, and talked to me to get my mind off the uncomfortable moments when they occurred. She truly cared about me and followed up to ensure that my following procedure today was underway. I absolutely appreciate her expertise, as well as her compassion for her patients.
