I have to say that I was terrified as I let my dental care go for many years, however, Aspen team was wonderful. Ronny was patient, kind, and spot on with the x-rays! Victoria was kind and patient, as well. We need to do a little work, but I completely trust them all with my care. Peace

Talk about fast, professional and efficient! This was my first time ever going here after an awful experience with my regular dentist. I made an appointment not knowing what to expect but I'm so glad I did. From the second I walked in the door I was given just great customer service and didn't wait 1 minute past my scheduled appointment for anything. Xray quickly done, Dr then was in my room and going over my needs and listening to me. Just great when that happens and on my first visit they accomplished everything I needed for my next appointment 2 days away. They actually would have done it today but the surgery I had required 2 more days of healing. Everything I need done will be done within 3 weeks and my regular dentist told me 3 months after waiting 6 weeks for my appointment after my surgery. I'm switching do this office today to be my new permanent dentist. Trust me when I say this my best experience in any dentists office in my life and I'm 58.

My overall experience with my over $14,000 implanted lower over denture has been horrible, disappointing for many reasons. The best experience was on 9/24/25 The lab tech Alex was great ! He stayed long after hours to do a proper repair of my three times broken denture. He was so educated, and He properly informed me of options, giving me hope to eventually have a viable, functional, and dependable implanted denture. His attention to detail and determination to make it right temporarily was impressive. Thank you Alex Aspen Pittsfield Ma

My wife has recently been diagnosed with lung cancer, and we are in the process of starting chemo and radiation. During this time she developed problems with her teeth. We were concerned about infection during the cancer treatment. We had planned to have her teeth removed for a while, but this was put on a back burner due to The recent diagnosis. Her cancer oncologist recommended that she had her teeth removed before starting the treatment. I thought this task would be impossible. We called the Aspen dental office in Pittsfield Mass and explained what we were dealing with. They got us right in that day. X-rays were taken, and they did impressions of her teeth. It just so happened that Their oral surgeon was going to be in the office on Monday and had an opening. So we booked it. The denture technician Alex said he would do his best to get the teeth done so she would leave with them on Monday. But at the latest Tuesday. We went in on Monday, the oral surgeon removed the teeth, and she left with new dentures in her mouth. It has been a day since the surgery and my wife is doing fine. Minimal pain and happy with her new smile. I would like to acknowledge the staff for their Professionalism and their wonderful personalities. I would also like to acknowledge Alex for getting the dentures ready for Monday. I feel everyone in your office went above and beyond to make this happen given the time restraint involved.
