Today was my New Patient Exam at Aspen Dental. I was quite nervous as I have not seen a general dentist in 5 years. I was very satisfied with my first visit and looking forward to my future visits. Everyone was nice and informative. For someone that does not have dental insurance I appreciate that my initial exam was no cost out of pocket and with my treatment plan I was able to sign up for a financial plan. I am excited for my dental journey here!

I would give more stars if I could. I cant just thank one staff member it was a beautiful Team. From calling in to make my emergency appointment, being checked in to getting prepared for the dr and yes even my dental work experience was truly AMAZING!!! Not only did I get seen a plan was set up for what I need to do next. Short term and long term care was given and explained. Now I bet you are wondering about the cost.... they will go over short tem and long tem with you. Every staff member was so kind not only to me but with other as well.nI am truly grateful for the care and kindness that was given. I definitely will be keeping up on what I need to do next. A smile is worth so much more than words can explain ✨️ 😊

I was surprised to see I could book a same-day appointment online, but I decided to wait one more day to work up the courage. Of course, by the morning of my appointment, my tooth felt completely fine—and my anxiety was through the roof.nnFrom the moment I arrived, Tammy at the front desk was incredible—warm, welcoming, and reassuring in a way that immediately made me feel more at ease. Dr. D clearly explained her concerns and put me on a treatment plan, and Paige was very helpful in walking me through insurance coverage, out-of-pocket costs, and what to expect.nnThen I met Katie.nnKatie is a real-life tooth fairy—not the kind who leaves money under your pillow, but the kind who completely changes how you feel about dental care. She is calm, patient, gentle, and incredibly thorough. She took her time, explained everything before she did it, talked me through breathing during the numbing shots, and let me wear my noise-canceling headphones. She even distracted me by talking about Disneyland’s Haunted Mansion—my happy place.nnAt one point, I realized my white-knuckle grip was gone. I was completely relaxed. I felt little to no pain and honestly thought I might fall asleep.nnWhen I came back a week later to finish the other half, I had zero anxiety—something I never thought I’d say about a dental visit.nnKatie didn’t just clean my teeth—she erased years of fear. She is the true definition of what anyone in the dental field should be.nnI can’t say enough good things about Aspen Dental. If you’ve been putting off the dentist because you’re scared, don’t wait. Care like this really does exist.nn10/10. Highly recommend.

Having difficulty finding a dentist , and with a blown out cavity i was in pain. I walked into Aspen dental and was promptly greeted with a hello and how are you. I explained my situation and was brought into the back and xrays, MRI (I think), and I was seen pretty quickly by the staff. I like the service and the very polite people there and got on board with the program they offered. It did not break my wallet, and the problem was solved. The staff are very polite and well trained. I highly recommend Aspen Dental to anyone looking for a new dentist. And they will entertain payment plans.

I was very pleased with Aspen dental. Every single one of their technicians all the way up to the dentist are very very polite and very efficient I'm happy I went there. And they are very gentle if you're afraid of dentists at all they are very good people.
