I have had an amazing experience at Aspen Dental in Plant City. I was nervous going in and didn't know what to expect, but I have been MORE than satisfied with everything at Aspen. Dr. Armando Cid is absolutely amazing. He made sure I was comfortable the whole time. He also made a clear and logical plan-of-action for the work that I need done. From the front desk/billing staff, to the assistants, to the doctors... everybody has been so kind, patient, understanding, and everything has been explained clearly to me every step of the way. I have also never had an issue making an appointment in a timely manner, which is very important to me to keep my care on track! I am so happy I chose to start my dental journey at Aspen. I would recommend the Plant City location to anybody!

Everyone was very friendly! I did not have to wait around. I had X-rays; spoke with a dental hygienist; had a long, fun conversation with the dentist about lots of things ending with what procedures I needed and how he would move forward; spoke with the office manager about the cost and how I could pay as well as scheduling for procedures; went right into the hygienist chair for a deep cleaning and was done! All very organized, caring and professional! I would highly recommend this location!

The staff is always so sweet and caring with me. They make me feel so at peace when getting my dental cleanings. I also feel how much they care with helping me achieve the smile I wish to one day have. It is a process and we are so close. They are also so organized, patient, and clean.nI also love how everywhere I am seated in their building I can reach over and find something helpful to read. I love reading and love how I can read about gum health, how to properly brush, motto treatment, water floss, etc..

We are new to Plant City and after looking around we decided to have my son’s dental work done with Aspen Dental. Dentist appointments in the past have always been scary and difficult for him but the staff here has been very supportive, caring and professional and we really appreciate that. Thank goodness for this location in Plant City Dr. Armando and Cid , Pop and all of the great staff here!

I have servere dental anxiety and was a complete mess when I went in yesterday but doctor cid and his staff was incredible and made me feel so much better. Ashley the financial advisor was by far one of the best parts of my visit! She was so personable and just the kindest soul! This dentist is by far one of the best ones I’ve been too!!
