This was our first time to visit here.nWe had been to several dentist offices closer to home, only to hear that this was going to be a long and costly process.nAspen Dental of Prescott Valley was Incredible!!nThe front receptionist, Cat, was very welcoming, our wait to get called in the back was very short as well. Autumn was very informative and thorough during the X-ray process and also in the exam room. The Dentist also was amazing as he took us through a step by step plan for our treatment. He explained all our options and allowed us to decide what treatment plan we desired.nAfter we finished up with the exam, we were introduced to Cassie. She too was AMAZING!! She took the extra time to explain the many different payment options, and also ways to save us on the final costs. We appreciate the effort she took to accommodate our work schedule, while also considering the distance we have to travel in order to reasonably hit the upcoming appointments.nOverall, this entire team really took a very stressful situation and flipped it around and made the worry turn into a positive and pleasant experience!!nThank you all SO MUCH!!

I had a tooth extraction and cleaning in on visit!nExtractions aren't fun and I've never heard anyone say they had fun doing so. The dentist was considerate and did her best to make it comfortable!nThe cleaning was thorough and comfortable! I have all dental work at Aspen and have for quite awhile and don't plan to go to any other clinic, even though we have to drive 1.5 hrs. to and from. They are always helpful in making sure we get reasonable costs.

Id just like to let people know that my experience today was amazing. Im only 37 and I was going in today to check my options for dentures. As you can imagine I was very nervous, I even thought about rescheduling. From the moment I walked in the the staff was helpful and very pleasant! The woman that took my x-rays made me feel at ease and made sure to be gentle as im missing many teeth. She then took me to another room to scan my teeth and take my vitals and again very gentle and friendly. The Dr. Came in and explained my options to me after he examined my teeth and x-rays. He was very kind, gentle, knowledgable and truthful with me about what I should do but emphasized that we'd do whatever I chose to do. (I had a couple options.) Lastly I met with office manager Cassandra Pott. She went over the cost of the procedures with me and helped me pick a payment option that fit my budget. She made me feel so excited to start the journey to my new smile! We set up all my appointments and she made sure to set these appointments around my work schedule for my convenience. She was wonderful and told me i could call or email her anytime with any questions! I just felt like I should let people know that if you've been putting off the dentist for whatever reason give Aspen dental a try they'll make you feel like you came to the right spot!

I recently had the opportunity to visit Aspen Dental for the first time, and although we traveled from Cornville, I can confidently say it was well worth the drive. Dr. Park provided a thorough examination and brought to our attention an issue with my husband's misaligned bite, which had never been noted by previous dentists. His detailed explanations gave us a better understanding of our dental health.nnJess, our hygienist, was also remarkable. She took the time to explain her findings and highlighted a concern we believed our previous dentist was addressing. I appreciated her keen eye and professionalism. Both of these issues were successfully tackled during our visit, and now we have a clear plan moving forward.nnFurthermore, Autumn brought a delightful energy to our visit, making the experience even more enjoyable while we were getting radiographs. I also want to extend my gratitude to Cassie, whose kindness and compassion were truly heartwarming. You are a gem!nnWe genuinely feel happy to travel an hour to receive such excellent care from this practice. Additionally, their prices are extremely reasonable, which is a plus.
