Long post sorry……From walking through the door to walking out I was treat wonderful they went above and beyond there job for me. I had been in serve pain on antibiotics for Month was told to keep coming back to only be put on another antibiotic I booked a appointment that Wednesday online hoping I could get someone to do something they had a Friday appointment and I was off so I was hoping that was a sign. Got there at 11 was worked up done scans X-rays and spoke with the hygienist she looks over told me a treatment plan, Dentist came in really sweet and caring lady would give her 100% rating told me I had book the wrong appointment I was booked for exam time not a extraction but she could tell I was done with pain. Her Assistant and Her agreed to stay late it was after there closing time on a FRIDAY and I was a new patient to them I work in a Dr office so I know how big of a deal it is to stay late on a Friday when you could be leaving starting your weekend. They extracted my tooth and didn’t rush me out the door took time to make sure everything was ok and I was good. The lady that check me out was extra nice I never not once felt rushed she came up with a plan for me to come back and get a cleaning and filling that would work with me. I even went ahead and paid for my future visit. And the price for my visits was wonderful all I could think while getting the 16 xray, Panoramic ultrasound and a digital scan I was going to own them my car but I think I spent more money in the antibiotics than I did for the visit. Sorry I didn’t remember anybody’s name only one I have is Mari that was wrote on my card. But I will tell everyone about my experience and send everyone I know to them you have earn you a regular customer.. Thank you Apen Dental Rockingham team y'all rock!!!!

From the moment I walked in, the entire team was warm, professional, and incredibly attentive.nnMs. Annet, who did my cleaning, was absolutely amazing. She was gentle, thorough, and explained everything she was doing so I felt completely comfortable. My teeth have never felt cleaner!nnKayla, who took my X-rays, was just as wonderful—friendly, patient, and very professional. She made the whole process quick and easy.nnThe doctors were outstanding as well. They took time to explain my treatment options clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt confident about my dental care.nnOverall, Aspen Dental Rockingham offers excellent service with a caring and highly professional staff. I truly appreciate the great experience and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality dental care.

Aspen Dental in Rockingham, NC is a great Dental office. It was our first visit and it went well from beginning to end. From Dr. Shalini, OM-Cat, DA-Kayla, Ms. Annette and Shannen. They were all professional and friendly made us feel at home. We highly recommend this location. It was very pleasant. Everything went smoothly. We don't mind following thru with all our future appointments even after 1 hour away from home.

From the time I walked through the door and was greeted, to my leaving after my dental cleaning, I have to say the entire experience was exceptionally nice. Shannen was the hygienist and she was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and concerned that the entire process made me comfortable... I will definitely be asking for her again when I have my next cleaning. The dentist I saw after my cleaning was again professional, polite and concerned... It's nice to work with people like that and I definitely will recommend Aspen Dental in Rockingham, NC to anyone who is looking for help with their teeth. And as I was leaving to make my next appointment I spoke with Amanda who is the Operations Lead and she again was courteous and set me up with an appointment that definitely worked with my timing.
