I was extremely pleased with every aspect of my experience with Aspen Dental. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this place. Staff and doctor were honest, thorough, VERY professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. The whole place was spotless and welcoming, and the service was fast. I got in the next day as a new patient with zero waiting around. Another thing that really stood out was their handling of an insurance issue. For some reason, my insurance wasn't covering the office visit, and they wouldn't even let me pay upfront. Instead, they told me not to worry about it and they'd wait to see if the insurance eventually goes through. Basically, they trusted me to pay later if necessary. Most places would've demanded payment immediately. Their trust and understanding goes a long way, it really makes me want to make sure they get paid in full, even if I have to pay out of pocket. I'm genuinely considering bringing in a couple dozen donuts for the staff at my next appointment...or maybe something better for the teeth! They truly deserve it. Highly recommend Aspen Dental to anyone looking for honest, professional care.

I went to aspen in Saginaw, Michigan, complaining of a toothache. I was treated with respect. They took care of me at aspen. The whole staff there especially, Dr.Patrick Perry. They were very attentive and helpful in attending my needs. They pit my mind at ease and made sure i was well taken care of. I appreciate them

Holly and Brittany were fantastic. Very friendly, helpful and professional. Krysta is a wonderful manager and does her job very well. Her staff was excellent and it was a wonderful experience.nDidn’t wait long for the appointment and was in and out for my first appointment, 30 minutes earlier than expected. 10/10 would recommend.

Upon arrival staff was organized and prepared. Had me sign and wait. They were kind. I couldn't help but feel like it was a fast pace business. Like hurry up, get it done and get out. Kind of like an assembly line, wait your turn, go back go over what's happening then 30 min later wheel you out. It's not a bad thing. They're nice but very efficient. They don't waste time. Not a lot of small talk, and to be fair we've never been there before so it was like seeing a stranger to do the procedure and gone to never see them again. That's not bad either because I don't want the consult if I don't need it. My dentist already sent the referral so why waste time. Just tell staff upon arrival what you need so after your not forgetting. They'll take care of you. Just don't go expecting a home feeling of comfort. You're going to a surgeon to have teeth extracted :) be grateful it's not an OR cold and hard feel. It's a dentist feeling and if you have questions ask prior not after.
