As a new patient, I was greeted warmly. Paperwork was completed easily.nAll the staff I dealt with were friendly and very professional. Kudos to Toya who did. X-rays and imaging and Apryl who checked my teeth and gums. Dr B is wonderful. She explained her evaluation and recommendations clearly.Dr B has a very calming and reassuring manner. I felt very well cared for by her and everyone at Aspen.nI highly recommend Aspen Dental for comfort and comprehensive dental services.

5 stars for Salisbury Aspen. I had wisdom teeth removed elsewhere on May 8 and developed dry socket while traveling for work. I called on May 18, they saw me same-day as a walk-in.n> Olivia was kind and hilarious and made a painful situation so much easier. Dr. B explained everything clearly and kept checking my comfort, and Karen gave me excellent aftercare tips so I wouldn't stress later.n> Professional, compassionate, and way more affordable than I expected. So grateful they fit me in when I was far from home.

From the front desk to the drs, everyone was so kind, welcoming, and personable from the moment I walked in. I have to give a shout out to Dr.B for a smooth extraction. She was gentle, patient, and made the extraction quick and stress-free. Can’t forget to give another shout out to my girl Sara. Her energy is unmatched and I truly enjoyed getting to talk to her. I would definitely return to this office!

When choosing a dental office after my dentist retired, I looked into Aspen Dental as a replacement. The Salisbury office had the best reviews and now they are even higher. Let me tell you why. All the people there are so friendly and big smiles. They know there jobs and are so good at what they do. The manager Brittany is amazing, so helpful with any and all questions l had. Karen from the start (xrays) to final fitting she always had my back. She took all the time needed and I never felt like I was being rushed. Olivia is another great tech with expertise in many areas like Karen. It was also a pleasure to meet Mark, he is a craftsman in what he does, so friendly and knowledgeable in his trade. Always wanting to make sure things are just right and perfect. Dr Kim is a very personable excellent surgeon. I am very happy for his expertise. Dr B is another excellent Dr to whom I am greatfull, for her to present to me the options that were available for me to make my decision on what to do. Always took the time to talk with you and just make sure the visit was pleasurable. This is just to list a few, all other personal were all wonderful as well. This office of personal are worth taking the time for a review as they certainly took the time to take good care of me. I feel I not only found a good Dental office but found new friends and 2nd family that I know if needed I can count on them. I would recommend Aspen Dental for all your dental needs.
