Now I know not many people think that teeth maintenance or oral hygiene is THAT important, me being one of those people bc I hadn’t been to the dentist in almost 10 years. I didn’t have well experience growing up with dentists but I kept an open mind. Now I am starting my dental journey to having a better smile AND HEALTHY teeth/gums. Calling to make an appointment was easy, they accepted my insurance and were even able to work with and put me on an affordable payment plan for what I had to pay out of pocket after insurance. I personally think that everyone is different but this location worked for me and my needs. Ask questions, don’t be scared bc they answered all questions and concerns I had. They explained everything they were doing that day and going to do in other appointments for my teeth. Everyone was very professional and friendly and helpful. Thank you so much for such wonderful care and I look forward to continuing my journey with them! Very satisfied with the service i received.

I’ve been going to Dr. Mai consistently for over 2yrs now and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my teeth! Doc has created a safe space with her clinic, and I appreciate her communication when it comes to answering questions and explaining treatment/procedures. This office is always clean, the staff is professional and kind, and service is prompt! I’m in and out of the chair in no time. They have always exceeded my expectations when I come in. Highly recommend. Thank you Doc, Roxanne and Kailyn for the great care.

I was very impressed with the staff at Aspen Dental. They were punctual, informative, and professional, and the pricing was reasonable. After years of declining service at my regular dentist, I decided to try somewhere new, and I’m very pleased with my choice.nnIn today's world, it seems we're losing focus on customer service, often accepting poor professional service without holding providers accountable. However, my experience at Aspen Dental on SW Military in San Antonio was excellent, and I would definitely recommend it.
