I called and made an appt. for my mother in law. Shes 84 and with onset of dementia. The person on the other end was professional and so informative of their facility and what they needed before the appt. They got her appt scheduled within a two day period, only because it fit our schedule. They except walk-ins and are so accommodating. From the front desk to the xray staff to the physical room, the staff was tremendous and very caring in our situation. These members included Dr.Gonzalez, Dee Dee, Shy and Carmen. Im not sure on the last stop with final paperwork and pricing her name, very knowledgeable and kind as can be. All I can say, it shows they all love their jobs and make you feel like a family member. I thank you all for a wonderful experience and we're scheduled again in a few day's for another consultation, only because my Mother in law has to have extensive work done. 1st visit at Aspen was exceptional. The staff was very friendly and helpful. With the receptionist helpful completing the forms. My team consisted of Carmen, Alda and Dr Gonzalez very informative and answered my questions about what treatment is needed. I would recommend them.

Aspen Dental was a great place to work with. I’m usually scared of dentist offices but they made me feel right at home. Assistants Dee Dee and Carmen were super outgoing, fast, and professional. Hygienist Alda and Dr Gonzalez were also very friendly and were able to explain everything about my teeth to me with ease. I’m leaving Aspen Dental with a plan for my teeth and after years of worry I’m finally excited to take care of my teeth!

This is the first time to visit it was good experience. I was delighted to find DrGongales to be a warm woman with a sense of humor. And a very thorough Gongales.
