Even though they were clearly very busy, she found a way to get us seen within 2 hours, and she made sure we were comfortable while we waited. Karen went over our insurance like a pro — honest, clear, and patient. No surprises, no confusion. Dr. Johnson was kind, calm, and made it all seem easy. He answered every question and handled the tooth removal with skill and precision. While we were there, they must have seen 25+ people, and the whole team moved like they’ve been taking care of clients together, forever. It was smooth, respectful, and caring from start to finish. Good people make all the difference — and this team truly does. I had an emergency visit the same day. They found time to for me. I had a double root canal while on vacation. They got me time later in the day and got both done. They are the kindest people and showed care and empathy. When I go back to my home state, I will definitely be switching to Aspen. A heartfelt thank you to the amazing people working there. Dr Johnson is amazing. Several years ago i broke a tooth that he repaired. I knew that when i was ready to have the implants done he was gonna be the man that had to do it. I trust him completely. He did not disappoint! Also the man that worked with me to make sure everything fit just perfect ( i think his name is Taylor i hope thats right) he was so kind, patient and just exactly the kind of person that makes u feel comfortable and all your concerns heard. He worked tirelessly to make sure they fit just right. It was a long process due to my family obligations but when i was able to return they were understanding and ready to help me get finished up. Today was that day. When they handed me the mirror to see their work when they were finished i cried. My teeth are so beautiful! I know it will help me to eat better, feel better and have more confidence. I cant thank them enough!!!

Removing a temp crown and replacing with a permanent one was much more painful than I expected. Dr. Garcia was very understanding and helped ease things for me. She always explains procedures and is very caring. Receptionist is not very welcoming or friendly.
