I feel ready to talk about my experience and I cannot thank them enough for taking care of me and making my experience not only personable but understanding. (I am bad at names and cannot remember the names who helped me, but I can safely say everyone I have had an interaction with are great, have great smiles and have made me laugh.) My first appointment with them was to get my wisdom teeth removed. The doctor that came and did it was great alongside his assistant, I was so anxious, nervous all the above and they made my nerves better and explained everything thoroughly to me before I was put under. The procedure went great, I was hooked up with ibeprofen and medicated mouthwash, syringe, and explanations on everything, the do’s/dont’s etc. with the instructions I am 2 months post wisdom teeth and I had 0 complications. Plus I was able to get a doctor’s note which helped with my job wanting me back earlier than I was even ready to. My second appointment was for a gingivitis clean which happened 20 minutes ago when typing this. now I read/heard a lot of negative reviews and that they will diagnose gingivitis whenever and people described it as “money grabbing” and they go second opinions and the second opinions said they didn’t. (I will admit, I haven’t been to the dentist for 5 years and I actually looked in the mirror and I saw the hard buildup) expressed my concerns at checkout and they listened to me, didn’t judge me despite how much I felt like a jerk, and they ended up helping me out in the end and I honestly couldn’t believe it. They were so kind to me, so amazing, I am so thankful for them. I had no idea, but they hooked me up (it’s included with the gingi package) after my gingi clean and I got new toothbrush, water flosser, medicated mouthwash to help my gums, and new toothpaste. I am so thrilled with my experience here at Aspen Dental and I am glad that they have had great communication to me.

I happened to google this place and it stood out to me because they open early on Tuesday and Wednesday. Which is so convenient for me because I work third shift. The women in the front were so nice!(and pretty might I add). I was a walk in and they got me in! Chris deserves a raise he was running around there doing a million jobs, but managed to still be friendly and down to earth. I need a lot of work done and they didn’t make me feel embarrassed or uncomfortable about everything I need done. They all had really good positive energy! I’ll see you guys soon!! . I had to come back and add to the review the Dr. here is beyond awesome! I had my second visit he did three different things and I was out of there pretty quick! His personality is top tier! I’ve talked so good about them someone I know said they are going there for their dental work as well! You GUYS ARE AMAZING!!! -Allison🙂

Their services to my dental needs were performed quite efficiently. The repairs to my dentures were made quickly while I was in the office. In addition to the repairs, staff ensured that the teeth fit me properly after they were fixed and made any necessary adjustments. The whole process took less than 30 minutes.

I am really impressed with all that happened today. Our first visit too. Everyone was so nice to us, from the receptionists to the dentist and the technician whose name I forget, stayed over his lunch hour to get us processed thru. I came in expecting a lot of bad news because it’s been decades since I’ve seen a dentist. I cannot tell you the relief I have walking out. Everyone was very friendly, very reassuring and very willing to answer all my questions and explain everything. They gave me several options and I was able to sign up for my first round of treatments today! I highly recommend this practice and the people who work here
