I had a wondeful experience from the get-go of entering Aspen Dental with Cassie being patient and kind while taking my information. During my xrays and exam Amy, the dental assistant, was quick and kept making sure I was comfortable during every step; afterwards the hygienist Keshia was light, funny, and also made sure I was comfortable before Dr. Cressman went over my images and his opinion on my treatment, which was clear and understandable. Lastly Brittanie helped go over my treatment plan and dealt with my insurance company. Every single person I encountered was extremely kind and understanding. Highly recommend.

Everyone is super friendly here starting with Cassie setting us up here. Jennifer who checked us in. Shelby who did the xray (love her), Dr Cressman who is super friendly and upfront. Hygienist Chelsea setting me up with what's needed to be done. And Brittanie who setting us up for success with our treatment plan. Way better vibe here then our last aspen dental location.

I've had nothing short of an excellent experience at Aspen Dental's Tullahoma office. Dr. Cressman is knowledgeable and personable. He actually takes the time to explain everything clearly and listen to your concerns. Chelsea, the hygienist was gentle and thorough. I had a deep cleaning that for the first time ever wasn't painful. Leah, the dental assistant was kind and attentive. Cassie was very helpful and informative and was such a champ while going over my treatment plan. I especially appreciated how Brittanie went out of her way and worked what I can only call magic to fit me in before year-end to help maximize my dental benefits. The entire process was a welcome change to previous dental experiences. As someone who has a lot of long term dental issues, having an office that makes me feel welcome and not embarrassed is beyond a blessing. The entire team is professional, caring, and truly patient-focused. Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for great dental care.

The staff is very friendly and professional. Dr Cressman is extremely informative on dental care. Brittanie, one of the consultants, offered several options on financing plans. Hannah, the dental assistant, who worked with me was genuinely kind and patient. And Keshia's gentleness on my sensitive teeth made my cleaning very comfortable. Overall, my visit went exceptionally well and I plan to use this group for my future dental care needs.

This was our first time here and they were able to squeeze us in. Dr. Cressman and Chelea were very nice and explained alot, and Hannah and Shelby kept us up to date as we waited. At the end Cassie was able to get us scheduled for our cleaning and everything else we wanted done. The only down side I have seen so far is that it took a long time but I was told that they had 3 people out for the day so it shouldn't be a problem normally.
