It was a great experience from start to finish. Friendly professional, efficient, knowledgeable staff, and doctor Patel was stellar. Very thorough. Explained everything took his time with me. I felt very well taken care of. It was a nice clean modern office. I went in for an emergency exam for a painful tooth and they got me right in the next day. They offered a new patient special and they have a dental savings plan, which sounds like a great deal. Highly recommend.

Great dental provider.nnI went personally to set up an appointment as a new patient and they attended me right away. The front office was very polite, friendly and explained their process very well.nnI had to change the appointment previously made and they were very understandable and accommodating.nnOn the day of the appointment, I arrived about 5 - 10 minutes prior my appointment and the front desk attended me right away. After filling out some paperwork electronically, the dental hygienist came almost right after I finish with the paperwork. She was very patience, friendly and accommodating.nThen another professional came and treated me. She explained my conditions and their recommendations very well and responded my questions. Then the doctor came and was very friendly as well. He explained things on terms easy to understand and was very patience with all my questions as well.nnAfter my treatment, I went to check on the office for the billing and next appointment.nThey seem to have normal prices as my insurance covered the regular treatments.nThe lady at the office was extremely nice.nnOverall, I’m very pleased with the treatment, the place cleanness, organization, but mostly with the patient service.nnThis office is very friendly.nnI will definitely recommend them.

From the first phone call yesterday until I walked out of my emergency appointment today after breaking a molar yesterday, I felt heard, cared about and extremely well taken care of! Everyone I encountered were not only extremely knowledgeable and professional in their field but kind and personable as well. I had a great experience with Dr. Patel and Hygienist Maria earlier today. I needed emergency assistance, and they treated me with the priority of a long time customer. Dr. Patel determined the cause of the pain in minutes, explained it clearly, and he outlined a solution. Grateful to the Wareham Aspen Dental Team!!
