I have always had high anxiety walking into a dentist's office. But NOT at Aspen dental in waterbury , this is their new location so it is very clean and spacious, from the moment I walked in, they were very friendly and welcoming. I was able to book my first appointment for the next day, which was a plus, I didn't have to wait weeks before seen. The whole time I was there everyone treated me with respect and helped me feel calm with conversation and laughter . At the end brian was very helpful breaking down my treatment plans and I liked they had payment plan options. So far I love their services here !nnThank you!

The staff are super friendly and the oral surgeon is amazing! He had the tooth out in less than 2 minutes. Once the novocaine wore off I have some discomfort, but it isn't too bad!

I am absolutely terrified of the dentist, and had to have a tooth pulled so I was extremely anxious and crying going in. From the moment I walked in, the entire staff was incredibly kind and patient with me. The assistant, Aionna, and the dentist, Dr. Lynn, both took their time and talked me through everything. Aionna even held my hand to help me calm down while another assistant went to her car to get her son's squeeze toy for my other hand.nThey never rushed me or made me feel embarrassed about my fear. Every single person in the office was compassionate and supportive.nI can't thank this office enough. If you are nervous about dental work or scared like I am, this the place to go. I've had a very good experience, I needed a complete dental extraction and chose to have dentures. The examination and price counseling process went very smoothly. Surgery was very quick and the surgeon was great. Although the exiting process could have been better as far as post surgery instructions and surgeon just walked out of room when finished. No thanks good job, take it easy nothing. But dental assistant was very helpful and the receptionist was awesome and the fact that after almost a year I've had this problem, I can smile again, I'm so grateful. Still have a ways to go healing wise, but I feel confident again.
