I went to Aspen Dental in Woburn to get a consult for their Motto clear aligners & was thrilled with the service provided! Nicolly was very warm and informational and extremely mindful of my comfort. She was efficient and it was obvious she took great care in her work. Dr. Hasan was thorough and also very informed; he was upfront about my dental plan and explained why my timeline may be a little longer than average due to my teeth, etc.nAt the end of the appointment I sat with Evelyn to discuss my insurance and finance plan. She was so sweet and I felt comfortable to ask any questions that came up in the process. The Woburn location staff were absolutely amazing!! My teeth were in pretty rough shape, Yasmin made me feel welcome, Miranda was awesome and helped me feel comfortable during x-rays, Tien was so helpful and took the the time to explain throughly to put me at ease, Dr. Hasan was amazing and made me feel comfortable, truly listened, and explained everything clearly so I felt well informed every step of the way. An amazing doctor!! Nicolly was so sweet and helped ease my anxiety, she was extremely kind and very reassuring and helped me get through the extraction with motivating words and Iu2019m so thankful! Evelyn was also a sweetheart and explained everything thoroughly and help me to understand without feeling overwhelmed. She even stayed a bit late to help me and was professional, knowledgeable and extremely kind and compassionate! All staff made me feel cared for and not judged and I had an amazing experience!
