My experience was great. I went in to establish care and get a checkup to make sure I had no issues since I was experiencing some sensitivity on one of my front teeth. Scheduling the appointment was very quick and easy online. Pam called the next day to confirm insurance details and make sure I knew what to expect when I got to the office- she was very nice and pleasant- she was also the one who went over the treatment plan and pricing with me after the appointment, she made it all make sense. When I went in for the appointment, Michelle checked me in and she was so welcoming and quick with the process. Miranda took my X-rays and she really tried to make it as painless as possible by trying to get around my tori. Nayeli was my husbandu2019s DA and he was also very satisfied with her work and knowledge. lastly, doctor Kim and Saraiu2019s exams were also very thorough and answered my questions. Overall, Iu2019d definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for a dental office that they can trust to have their best interests.

My experience was amazing. The office was beautiful, welcoming, the staff are incredible!! Dr Kim is so thoughtful, professional and very caring. She made me feel at ease each step of the way. Miranda was so kind and nice and Sarai is so amazing. She was detailed about each step, reassuring, gentle and made me feel comfortable in a dentist chair, that says something! Then after it all Pam helped me with my financial paperwork and she couldnu2019t have been more helpful and so sweet. They worked easily with me setting up my treatment, scheduling was a breeze and Iu2019ve never been happier. The care is outstanding!! The staff here is phenomenal. Sarai is, without a doubt, the best dental hygienist I have ever had. I have so much stress and anxiety with going to the dentist, and she was extremely kind and helped ease my nerves. Dr. Kim was also great! My hygienist, Sarai, is the best I've ever had clean my teeth. Hands down, the best. I'm 71 years old and do not say his lightly. She is professional and painless. She is always concerned with my comfort and is efficient in her work. I actually look forward to going to the dentist because of Sarai and Dr. Kim. After having years of issues with my teeth, I ended up with a massive infection, and in a state of desperation reached out to Aspen to ask for help. Having a long history of bad experiences with other practices I was hesitant to trust the professionals there.nnI was pleasantly surprised to find out everyone was truly WONDERFUL. The team was professional, did not make me feel bad about my teeth, explained everything and answered every question.
