I had the best time there. The staff was very professional and respectful. I got to meet all the office staff that would participate in my care. Yesterday was my first appointment and they had room for me to get my teeth cleaned that day. The Dental hygienist that cleaned my teeth did an outstanding job. I already have my continuum treatment plan to address my dental issues before Thanksgiving.. Because I gotta be able to eat and smile. I highly recommend the east York aspen dental they are the best Autherine.

Very wonderful experience from time i walked in the door. Everyone from the X ray tech, dentists, and receptionist, were of the ultimate in professionalism. They checked me out. Informed me clearly as to what I need to do moving forward. And they left me feeling the utmost confidence in them without question. Being a new patient, I feel that speaks volumes. I feel strongly that they will take care of any dental needs that I need, may it be now or in the future. With that I'd like to say thank you to all, for your undeniable professionalism. 🙏 🙏

This is the most wonderful place, yep even for a Dentist. Shout out to Jenn, Arielle and Dr. Motamedi (aka Dr. Fluffy) I can't thank you enough for your friendliness, professionalism and most of all.....patience!!! This team right here took fear and turned it into comfort and easement. This was a night and day experience compared to the Aspen dental location in Lancaster fruitville pike which were a bunch of BOZOS over there. Im not sure if the facilities are ran by different owners management what ever but man what a difference. Respectful front desk clerk, hygienist was a complete sweet heart and very informative. The most important thing to me was cleanliness, smelled good, looked good and just felt clean. This location in york concorde road saved face for Aspen Dental after my experience in the lancaster location. Check out my review for the lancaster facility, i call it how it is. Im Very Happy with my experience today thank you.

So, the dental work was phenomenal. The dentist and hygienists have wonderful bedside manner and are heated toward patient comfort. My main complaint, and none of this rests with the office staff, is that the payments system seems janky and not well thought out. Their tap-to-pay system exists, but doesn't work. They had no change for any cash-paying customers. I love Aspen Dental as far as dental work goes, but their office needs an upgrade. Get on it corporate. Support your branches.
