* TOOTH ABSESS AND EXTRACTION * This Dental office is the best dental office I've ever been to. Starting from calling the office the experience is above and beyond amazing. The staff is extremely kind and professional and you can tell that they really care. Then entering the office, it's a very nice, very very clean professional setting and very welcoming. The ladies at the front desk are so sweet and made me feel welcomed. The lady who did my Xrays was phenomenal - The Dentist ( I think he's the owner ) is very very skilled and is the best Dentist I've ever had in my life. The dental assistant was also sensational! I had a tooth absess / 2 molars extracted and drained and they made me very comfortable and I felt zero pain. I have anxiety and was panicking and the staff literally made me feel better. Dentist prescribed me with antibiotics that I needed and ibuprofen. They even sent me home with this lovely care package that had a cold pack in the shape of a heart to use to ice my swollen cheek 💚. I am so happy I found this Dental Office. I highly highly recommend it to everyone!!!!

I can't even begin where to start so I can start with my first phone call!nVal- THE most understanding, compassionate, calm tempered person I've ever met! Calmed me down from HYSTERICALLY crying and that's hard to do! Love her for that!nJulie-the most helpful, cheerful blessing of a person!nIrien and Anie- peaches! Understanding funny fun!nAnd last but not least!nDR STEVENS!- I came in terrified! He helped me not only over come my fear of the dentist but also to over come my fear of having a male Dr! He is who all Drs should look at and aspire to be like!nI appreciate every single one of them!nnAnd don't forget about the therapy dog!

New Patients – Great Experience!nMy children and I came in as new patients, and we felt welcomed from start to finish! Michelle and Rebecca were absolutely wonderful. Michelle took the time to show my son everything on the screen, which really helped ease his nerves. We truly appreciated the warm and caring atmosphere! Also Dr.Goel was awesome 🫶🏽

I write this review without any hesitation! I have had the absolute best experience at Avid it’s actually the only dental office I have been to that actually cares about patients, their comfortability, and the quality of service they are producing. Mind you I am pregnant and got my wisdom teeth removed and got some fillings and Dr. Steven’s and team did a fabulous job!nnI also convinced my husband to also go here who has severe TMJ and he said Dr. Steven’s was the best dentist because he actually cared about his experience throughout examination.nnIt’s also so nice walking in and the receptionist as well as hygienists knows you by name and check in on how you are doing.
