They have been the best dental experience I’ve ever had. Naomi the manager is very attentive to the patients needs to the point that she makes sure to supply warm socks and blankets invade to get cold. She even went as far to call after my dental procedure to make sure I was ok.nnThe Dr. Arlene as well was very sweet and attentive explaining every step of the way what was happening. And very kind and gentle. I was never un comfy with my teeth.nnAlso Dr Asle was referred to me by Arlene and was very quick and gentle with the procedure. Even the assistant was the sweetest in the world always asking to make sure I was doing okay during the procedure!nnIn short they were all kind, friendly, HYGENIC, and the entire feeling is this location was very comfortable. I truly recommend them if you looking for a family place to complete your dental procedures knowing you could trust them. My teeth feel amazing.

Great experience overall!nnThe front office staff person is a great first contact. She is very personable and professional. She was knowledgeable about our insurance plan and sought records from my previous dentist.nnThe dental hygienist was also superb. She took x-rays and photos. She cleaned my teeth with much precision and skill and was communicative through the process.nnThe dentist was very professional. Another dentist told me I should have a crown where aging filings are. Dr. Aportela said she didn't think I needed that quite yet. I was pleased. She'll watch that tooth for now. Dr. Aportela did a thorough check of my teeth and talked through a plan for me regarding future care and cleanings.nnThey accept my insurance so it was super easy to know how much insurance will pay and how much I owe.nnI would definitely recommend this dentist and her office. It was an awesome experience for me.

Very caring and attentive hygienist, dentist and front office staff!! The very sweet hygienist was excellent with taking X-rays, and the cleaning procedure, very thorough and gentle. The dentist was very kind and extremely knowledgeable. They also both explained everything in detail. The receptionist could tell that I needed a hug after we talked for a few minutes and…she is a great “hugger”! Very grateful to a friend for recommending this practice. Lovely waiting area and everything bright and sparkling clean.

Just completed my first visit to Banyan Dental Care. It was an excellent experience! Everyone was welcoming, friendly and professional from the front office, to my hygienist and Dr. Aportela. I would highly recommend Banyan!

Dr. Aportela is top-notch & the entire care/office staff is second-to-none! I went in for a second opinion after seeing another local dental practice that was trying to add-on unnecessary services.
