My first appointment at Bay Tree Dental was a pleasant experience. I was greeted by friendly staff who assisted me with the intake process. I was greeted by the hygienist who explained the process . The hygienist answered my questions and provided me with valuable information about care of my teeth. The cleaning was gentle and sensitive to pain. Dr. Nguyen provided a visual and verbal explanation of my assessment, answering all my questions. We developed a treatment plan and prioritized the treatment process. The doctor was able to schedule me in to a filling. The filling was the least painful that I have experienced. The dentist and the staff were very friendly and professional. They are very customer centered to provide quality service. I will be a long term customer and highly recommend Bay Tree Family Dental to anyone looking for quality .

Hi. I called in while visiting Florida. I had a problem most dentists would not have touched. Bay tree not only got me in in two hours after my call for help but fixed my problem. How good is that?? Received a flyer in the mail and realized this practice was 5 mins from my home. Called and got a cleaning appointment same day. The staff was kind and professional. My hygienist explained everything up front and was very thorough. He did a great job with cleaning my teeth and made the experience very easy. Dr. Nguyen came into asses my panoramic. I was thrilled to know there were no huge issues and she advised me on some things that were important to pay attention to at my age. All in all, it was a wonderful experience!
