I saw the ad for Bear Branch and Dr Knox via Facebook. I was in need of a new dentist so I decided to give them a try. From the initial submission of securing an appointment to my actual appointment, I am very pleased. I was able to get an appointment and fill out my new patient forms seamlessly online. I was called when there was an earlier opening by Sharla (sp) and I took it. Sharla was pleasant on the phone as well as when I met her at my appointment. The young lady working the front desk was pleasant as well although I did not get her name. Holly was my hygienist and talked me through every step that she did and was very knowledgeable. When Dr Knox came in to go over my teeth and gums she was very informative and kind. Her bedside manner was awesome. I have definitely found my new dental office.

My 13 yr old son loved it here. The dentist and assistant were so friendly and put a nervous teen at ease. He even wanted to bring them home, lol! We can't recommend them enough! 👍🏻

Bear Branch Family Dentistry is a good choice if you are looking for a dentist that is professional, informative, and honest. They have the most modern equipment, highly trained staff, and will provide you and your family with the best care possible. And if they can't help you, as in my case, they will tell you so and not just take your money while being unable to help.nnHonesty like that is hard to come by these days; so it was welcoming. The visit was AMAZING!!! Devin was my hygienist and did such a marvelous job at everything. So gentle with the X Rays and when it came to the cleaning, I don’t think I’ve ever had cleaner teeth! He worked hard to get all my stains and told me about product that will help keep my teeth healthy. Such a great visit!!!!!
